Easy methods to discover which apps are draining your Samsung's battery within the background
With faster internet and constant syncing, I know that some amount of background battery drain is quite normal on Android phones. But on my Galaxy S26, I noticed it happening far more aggressively, even when the phone was just sitting idle. Like most people, I first blamed the usual suspects for this, like location services, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth scanning, and features like Always-On Display. But even after I turned them off, my Samsung phone just kept losing more battery in the background.
