Israel’s former opposition leader and former vice Prime Minister Tzipi Livni says a key dispute between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Joe Biden concerns what happens once the war against Hamas is over.

The United Nations has warned that the humanitarian plight in Gaza is reaching unprecedented levels. UN Secretary General António Guterres said an all-out invasion of Rafah would lead to an “epic humanitarian disaster.”

The Biden administration, meanwhile, has published a report claiming that Israel may have breached international law in its operations in Gaza. However, it stopped short of drawing a definitive conclusion.
