The Whitmer “kidnapping plot,” “fednapping,” or “hoax,” as it’s more commonly called, is likely one of the biggest entrapment cases the FBI ever staged, aside from January 6. The two plots are intricately connected and part of the same regime scheme to paint Trump supporters as domestic terrorists. However, when news broke about this “kidnapping plot,” Revolver News could smell a rat. We were ahead of the curve, being among the very first to connect the dots between the Michigan Kidnapping Plot and the January 6th Fedsurrection. Our groundbreaking article from three years ago sounded the alarm about possible federal involvement on January 6th, using the Michigan fiasco as a prime example.

After all, you literally can’t ignore the similarities. The Michigan scheme also had plans to storm the State Capitol. The plot centered around the “Three Percenters,” a militia group with strong ties to January 6th. And just like J6, the Michigan plot was also swarming with feds and informants—actually, out of the fourteen people involved, at least five of them were FBI agents or informants.

Basically, it looked like this:

Revolver’s investigative work exposing the Whitmer hoax led us to publish a recent article detailing how deeply involved the agents and informants were in aggressively plotting the moves. They were like producers and directors, feverishly orchestrating a scripted play.

Revolver:

But what is particularly striking and scandalous about the Michigan Plot is not simply the extent of government infiltration, but the nature of it. The government’s informants were not simply sitting by passively observing a terrorist plot in the making; an overwhelming majority of evidence shows that the government and its agents were the key active instigators and initiators of every major advancement of this so-called plot, amounting to an entrapment operation of the most flagrant sort imaginable. Just to recap from our previous reporting, the following are just some of the steps actively undertaken by the government’s informants in this case:

A look at the annotated indictment reveals that at every level of the [Michigan Kidnapping] plot, FBI operatives played the most important leadership roles:

-The plot’s “explosives expert,” who the plotters were accused of planning to buy bombs from, turned out to be an FBI agent.

-The head of transportation for the militia outfit turned out to be an undercover FBI agent.

-The head of security for the militia outfit turned out to be an undercover FBI informant.

-At least two undercover FBI informants were active participants in the initial June 6, 2020 meeting in which the plot to storm Capitol buildings was allegedly hatched — meaning at least three FBI informants infiltrated before the conspiracy even started.
Unindicted Co-Conspirators in 1/6 Cases Raise Disturbing Questions of Federal Foreknowledge

In one of the plot’s climactic scenes, in the main van driving up to look at Governor Whitmer’s vacation home, three out of the five people in the van—60 percent of the plot’s senior leaders—were federal agents and informants…

The article was so compelling that President Trump shared it on Truth Social. We encourage you to read the entire piece here:

Leaked Audio Exposes FBI Dirty Dealings With Key Informant, Architect of Whitmer “Kidnapping Plot”

Darren Beattie has been a fixture in the “Whitmer Plot” scene, discussing all the big moves in the case. He was the go-to guy for analysis a couple years back when the Feds scored one of their biggest victories. Darren’s keen understanding of this plot stands the test of time and still offers valuable insights years later.

And now, once again, the Whitmer hoax is back in the news, sitting on the shakiest ground yet. The controversy centers on the court’s decision to prevent the jury from seeing hundreds of incriminating communications between FBI officials, handlers, and informants that clearly exposed the entrapment scheme. A few weeks ago, during oral arguments, it was clear that the 6th Circuit judges were very skeptical about the decision to conceal hundreds of texts between FBI handlers and informants from the jury.

Julie Kelly:

During oral arguments a few weeks ago, it was evident the judges were very skeptical about the judge’s decision to conceal hundreds of texts between FBI handlers and informants from jury. This is not a good sign for DOJ/FBI but a very good one for the targeted men now in supermax prisons.

Wow.

If appellate court orders a 3rd trial and requires judge to allow hundreds of messages btw FBI agents and informants that demonstrated how the FBI directed every step of the plot, it will be devastating to FBI.

Especially since head of FBI Detroit office—Steven D’Antuono—also ran DC FBI office on Jan 6 and led J6 investigation for 2 years

Now, this newly issued letter signals that two cases are on the brink of collapse.

Ken Bensinger:

NEW: the 6th Circuit has issued a letter in the Whitmer kidnap appeal strongly suggesting it’s open to arguments that out-of-court statements excluded by the district judge as hearsay should have been admitted. This could lead to a possible retrial for Barry Croft and Adam Fox.

Fox and Croft were convicted in August 2022 in a 2nd federal trial in the case (following a hung jury the prior April) and were given long sentences. They appealed & on May 2 made oral arguments before the circuit, which seemed particularly receptive to the hearsay issue.

In both federal trials, Judge Robert J. Jonker excluded much of the evidence defendants sought to admit on grounds that it represented out-of-court statements by individuals who were not testifying (such as FBI informant Stephen Robeson) and thus was inadmissable hearsay.

This letter, sent to defense counsel as well as prosecutor Nils Kessler, asks the lawyers to tell the court whether excluding the those statements was “harmful or harmless and why?” It also seeks citations detailing what was excluded, what was admitted, and what impact that had.

The court is giving counsel 2 weeks to answer its question. If the court finds that the excluded evidence should have been admitted AND that it was perjudicial to the defendants, the remedy would be a new (3rd) trial, this time with the exhibits included.

This is not a good sign for the DOJ and FBI, who clearly worked very hard to conceal the fact that they targeted and railroaded two Americans, who are currently rotting away in supermax prisons as we speak.

Meanwhile, Brandon Caserta, who was acquitted in the kidnapping scheme, sat down with Dinesh D’Souza to discuss the police state’s role in the entrapment plot.

The good news is that it’s starting to look like the entire scheme is unraveling, and the regime’s desperation is palpable. In fact, the creator of a documentary exposing the Whitmer plot hoax says Bank of America just “de-banked” her and is holding her funds hostage.

You can always tell when the left’s schemes are imploding. They behave like cornered wild animals, lashing out and gnashing their teeth. That appears to be what’s happening with the Whitmer hoax, which is now hanging by a loose thread and could snap at any minute as we head into the 2024 election season. Bad news for the Biden regime, which is banking on painting Trump and his supporters as domestic terrorists destroying his precious democracy.
