The Injustice System (Correctional Institutions): Incentivizing The Lawbreakers – Rewarding The Criminals – It Is A System Of Indulgence – The Washington Standard

“The violence of the wicked will [return to them and] drag them away [like fish caught in a net], Because they refuse to act with justice.” -Proverbs 21:7

I recently watched a case where two men found two 14-year-old girls, who were best friends, walking down a dirt road in a rural part of their hometown; they had raped both of them repeatedly for 9 hours; afterwards, they tied one to a tree while she was forced to watch her friend be drowned and stabbed in a creek nearby. Afterwards, she herself was then stabbed to death. Both bodies were then thrown under tree brush, only to be discovered a month later.

After the two rapists/murderers were found out, they found that the one overseeing the crimes was convicted over 122 times and the other more than 50 times. You read that right.

After this had taken place, the people of the community were stating that the girls should not have been outside after 10 o’clock, as if to blame the girls for the crimes committed against themselves (Isaiah 59:14).  Is there an allotted time for people to stay in the house while criminals are given a free hand to do whatever they would like to do to innocent people? Absolutely not!

During the sentencing, the overseer of the crimes was yawning and stretching with zero remorse for the crimes he was responsible for committing. How true it is: soft judges (the people as a whole) produce hardened criminals (Romans 4:15).

While being interviewed, one of the family members of the slain asked the question: How is it right that these repeat offenders get to have their family come to visit while in prison, while the family members of those who were raped and murdered are no longer here to visit?

Have you ever taken the time to ask yourselves the question why crime is so rampant in this country? Or why is there a 74% recidivism (reoffending) rate?

How about this one?  Why do the criminals seem to know how to commit the crime (as if they have been educated on how to do so), and then, when the crime is committed, do so with a smile on their faces?

Don’t forget the dangerous psychotropic drugs they are put on at an early age, also prescribed in prison.

Let me give you the answer. It’s because there are no consequences to the crimes committed, which is just the opposite of what the Bible and the Laws of our Constitutional Republic teach us (Deuteronomy 25:1). In other words, soft judges produce hardened criminals, thus endangering the innocent at large.

Did you know that the Lord told HIS PEOPLE that the only appeasement from His wrath upon them was to deliver those up that were guilty of murder and rape (Deuteronomy 22:23–29; Exodus 22:16–17)? Yet, instead of obeying the Lord, the people make void His law and adhere to the commandments, if you will, of men who create these ungodly and abominable bureaucracies (Mark 7:8).

Did you know that the money-making system of indulgences (Correctional Institutions) rakes in over 64 billion dollars a year (slave labor), and guess who pays for this? YOU DO!

Did you approve of this? I highly doubt it.

Did you know the basic institutional provision for these criminals is that they receive:

• Food and Shelter: The facility provides basic daily meals, clothing, and a housing bed at no direct monetary cost to the inmate.

• Healthcare: Inmates have access to basic medical, dental, and mental health care funded by the correctional system, fulfilling constitutional obligations for incarcerated populations. This also includes (in some states) sex transition surgeries.

Internal Opportunities

• Prison Employment
• Most prisons offer free basic schooling and rehabilitation programs

Basic Education and Classes

• Most federal and state facilities provide free literacy classes, GED preparation, and English as a Second Language (ESL).
• Life Skills: Prisons often include parenting classes, wellness education, and release preparation programs at no cost to the inmate.

Higher Education and Vocational Training
• Vocational Skills: Many facilities offer occupational and vocational training to help inmates find jobs after release.
• College Programs: Incarcerated students can access federal Pell Grants to pay for approved prison education programs through the Department of Education.

• Access Gaps: On Quora, opinions are mixed because some state systems offer robust degrees while others provide almost no advanced classes due to low funding.

Benefits of Rehabilitation
• Lower Crime Rates: Studies (say they) show that inmates who join education programs are 43 percent less likely to return to crime.
• Financial Return: Every dollar spent on prison education saves taxpayers four to five dollars in lower re-arrest and housing costs.

Are those who are responsible for committing the crimes against the innocent afraid of the consequences, or are they rewarded, or perhaps incentivized to commit the very crimes in which they are guilty?

In conclusion: Why is the Bible given to criminals upon their entrance into prison (after the crimes are committed), rather than being introduced to the Bible at a young age (Proverbs 22:6) to prevent the crimes (Proverbs 16:6)?

Furthermore, why is it that the American people tolerate this lawlessness coming from the courts in the first place?
