Second man charged over alleged murder of 21-year-old man in Adelaide
Police allege 51-year-old Slann and the other man travelled to a home in Welland just before 1am on April 10.
About 1.30am, emergency services were called to Barrpowell Street in Welland, after a man was found unresponsive on the road.
Bystanders attempted to help the man but he died at the scene.
He has since been identified as 21-year-old Flinders Park man William Holdback.
Police allege Holdback met the two men in Musgrave Street.
They briefly argued before Holdback was allegedly stabbed, police said.
After the alleged murder, police believe the two men travelled back to Elizabeth East via Welland Avenue, South Road, the Port River Expressway, John Rice Avenue and Main North Road.
Police have not yet located the alleged murder weapon, which they believe to be a knife.
Anyone who locates a knife, blood-stained clothes, or other items along the route between Elizabeth East and Welland has been asked to contact South Australia police.
Slann was refused bail and appeared in Adelaide Magistrates court today. The 27-year-old was also refused bail and appeared in Adelaide Magistrates Court last Monday.
