Jessica Biel, Justin Timberlake Share Rare Family Photos with Sons in Father’s Day Tributes

Jessica Biel is rockin’ that body.

The Better Sister actress showed off her latest workout routine, which featured countless core and strength moves throughout a 45-minute session.

“Full-body, start to finish,” Biel captioned a June 28 video posted to Instagram in collaboration with her personal trainer Ben Bruno. “Mobility, strength, cardio… and yes, I’m definitely feeling it today.”

In the clip, the 44-year-old dons a white tank top, gray high-waisted sweatpants, white sneakers and a black baseball hat as she works with dumbbells of different weights to do a series of mobility and strength exercises as Bruno guides her through the workout.

In the comments of the post, Biel’s husband Justin Timberlake joked that he was saying bye, bye, bye to his own fit physique.

The “Like I Love You” singer—who shares sons Silas, 11, and Phineas, 5, with Biel—wrote, “Literally eating onion rings while I watch this.”
