James Talarico is an Abortion Fanatic, Wants to Kill Babies Up to Birth
Women Speak Out PAC, super PAC of Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, has launched $500,000 in new ads exposing the radical abortion stances of Democratic U.S. Senate candidate James Talarico, including:
- Lobbying the Biden administration to hire abortionists and establish abortion centers on federal land.
- Blocking abortionists from being sued.
- Pushing for taxpayer-funded abortion up to birth.
The ads are part of a $2 million voter contact effort to win Senate and House races in Texas—including outreach to Hispanic voters—and an overall nationwide campaign, including efforts on the ground, absentee voting, and early voting, to reach 10 million persuadable and low-turnout voters in the 2026 cycle. The groups’ Texas team has visited the homes of nearly 260,000 voters thus far.

Talarico was called out in a town hall last week for claiming “the Bible is silent on abortion,” among other false claims.

Kelsey Pritchard, a spokeswoman for Women Speak Out, slammed Talarico’s attempts to obscure his record and appear “moderate,” saying:
“Pro-abortion Democrat preacher James Talarico is one of the most extreme, deceptive candidates Texas has ever seen. Now that he is up against proven pro-life champion Ken Paxton in the general election, Talarico is trying to play down his shocking support for abortion on demand, paid for by taxpayers, with no limits up to birth and beyond. As a state legislator he even refused to protect vulnerable babies who survive abortion attempts and are born alive. Voters must examine not only what Talarico says, but what he does, because his record shows a true pro-abortion fanatic. The hundreds of thousands of Texans we speak with at their doors overwhelmingly reject the agenda of Talarico and the Democrats and we are confident they can be defeated this fall.”
This election cycle, SBA Pro-Life America and its affiliated entities plan to spend $80 million to protect life across America. The groups’ voter contact program—the largest and most effective of its kind in the country—includes reaching 10 million voters across Iowa, South Carolina, Texas, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Carolina and Montana as well as Georgia.
Message testing conducted in swing midterm races and released by SBA Pro-Life America shows going on offense to call out Democrats’ extremism on late-term abortion moves the margin 4-5 points toward pro-life candidates.
