Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs’ stay in Federal prison has been anything but quiet.

The disgraced music mogul was rushed to the hospital on Saturday after reportedly suffering a head injury.

Diddy is currently serving a 50-month sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after being convicted of two counts of transportation for prostitution under the Mann Act.

The New York Post had the full scoop on the new development:

Sean “Diddy” Combs was taken out of a New Jersey federal lockup by ambulance over the weekend so he could receive medical treatment for a head injury, according to a report.

The 56-year-old rapper – who’s been serving a 50-month sentence on a prostitution-related conviction – was transported from FCI Fort Dix in the Garden State on Saturday morning, according to a report by TMZ.

It wasn’t immediately clear how he injured his head or what facility he was taken to.

But the Bad Boys Records founder only got out of the clink for a few hours, leaving the facility around 1 a.m. and returning before 7 a.m., the outlet reported.

The disgraced music mogul made headlines Friday, when it was reported he received a harsh penalty at the low-security prison because of his alleged cushy treatment and a contraband cell phone he was accused of using to view racy content.

Before being convicted, Diddy was celebrated by many Democrats, including former NYC Mayor Eric Adams and current Mayor Zohran Mamdani.

People reported Diddy previously asked President Trump for a pardon:

Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly asked President Donald Trump to pardon his prison sentence, though it doesn’t look like that will be happening any time soon.

In an exclusive report by the New York Times published Thursday, Jan. 8, the outlet said the president, 79, stated that he has no intention of helping the disgraced music mogul, 56.

Trump told reporters for the Times that Combs “asked me for a pardon,” adding that the request from the Bad Boy founder came “through a letter.”

When asked more details about the request, Trump said, “Oh, would you like to see that letter?”

Thursday’s report is not the first time the possibility of Trump pardoning Combs has been publicly discussed. Trump was previously asked during a May 2025 press briefing about whether or not he would consider granting Combs a pardon, per ABC News.

“I haven’t seen him, I haven’t spoken to him for years,” Trump told a member of the media at the time. “I don’t know. I would certainly look at the facts. If I think somebody was mistreated it wouldn’t matter whether they like me or don’t.”
