Chinese Immigrant Schools David Hogg on Second Amendment: ‘Go See How Gun Control Works in China’

Gun control advocate David Hogg found himself being schooled on the Second Amendment by a Chinese immigrant during a gun control debate.

Lily Tang Williams pointed a pointed question to Hogg:

“Can you guarantee me, a gun owner tonight, our government in the U.S., in D.C., will never become a tyrannical government?”

“Can you guarantee that to me?” she continued at the 2 hour hour event.

Hogg responded:

“There is no way I can guarantee that any government will not be tyrannical.”

Williams, who came to the U.S. in 1988 and is now running for the Republican nomination to challenge Democratic Rep. Annie Kuster, gave Hogg a firm response.

“Well, then the debate on gun control is over because I will never give up my guns,” she stated.

“Never. Never,” she said.

“And you should go to China t for [the] dictatorship of the CCP,” she added.

Hogg, who became a gun control activist following the 2018 shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, was taking part in a debate on Second Amendment issues at Dartmouth University on Wednesday.

Williams, a survivor of communism, highlighted the atrocities under Mao Zedong’s regime.

“Under Mao, you know, 40 million people were starving to death after he sold communism to them,” she said.

“And 20 million people died, murdered during his ‘Cultural revolution,’” she added.

Hogg was blasted online following the exchange, while Williams was praised for her question.

The gun control advocate also faced controversy earlier this week after his left-wing gen-z PAC was exposed for blowing over $1M on lavish expenses.

As Breitbart reported:

Rather than directing funds towards electoral campaigns, the PAC has diverted a significant portion of the millions raised to cover expenses such as travel bills, political consultancy fees, and legal expenses.

Out of the $3 million raised in its inaugural year, the PAC allocated only $263,000 towards its stated mission of supporting Generation Z candidates and contributing to Democratic Party committees.

The significant allocation of funds, totaling over $1.3 million, towards consultancy firms and legal fees raised important questions about the PAC’s financial management.

Hogg and collaborator Kevin Lata received substantial compensation themselves, with Hogg receiving close to $40,000 in payroll payments and Lata surpassing $50,000. While these payments may not equal full annual salaries, they underscore the considerable financial remuneration associated with their roles in PAC management.
