BREAKING: Portland Antifa extremist CONVICTED for interfering with federal law enforcement during 2025 ICE facility attack

A veteran Rose City Antifa member has been convicted of crimes committed at the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Portland, Oregon. Katherine Meagan Vogel, 39, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to interfering with federal law enforcement during last year’s infamous anti-ICE Antifa occupation.
Vogel, who has an extensive history with the left-wing terror group, was captured on surveillance video defacing the ICE facility with red paint and then forcibly resisting arrest. She faces up to one year in federal prison, a $100,000 fine, and one year of probation, the Oregon US Attorney’s Office said in a press release.
The incident occurred on September 30, 2025, at the height of the months-long anti-ICE riots. A far-left faction of “native” indigenous people had gathered to protest at the facility located in the southwest waterfront neighborhood and carried out several acts of property damage.
According to court documents, Vogel dumped red paint all over the ICE driveway and on the sidewalk in front of the facility. When officers mobilized out of the gates to arrest Vogel for property damage, she resisted arrest and punched one of the officers in the face with a closed fist, the affidavit states.
The officer was not injured, according to court documents.

The Oregon US Attorney’s Office handed down a superseding indictment on June 22, 2026. Under the plea agreement, Vogel was allowed to plead guilty to interfering with federal law enforcement in exchange for the dismissal of failing to obey a lawful order.
Vogel has been a member of Rose City Antifa for nearly a decade.
Demonstrators carried out several attacks that evening, including against The Post Millennial reporter Katie Daviscourt, who was struck with a metal flag pole in the face. Portland Police has not yet made an arrest, despite being notified of the subject’s identity.
The direct action occurred just days after President Donald Trump ordered the National Guard to be deployed to quell the violent siege of the ICE facility. Hundreds of federal law enforcement officers, including from ICE, Border Patrol, the Bureau of Prisons, and the Federal Protective Service (FPS), were deployed to assist with the riots.
Several additional arrests were made throughout the evening for a variety of offenses.
Antifa-affiliated rioters carried out criminal acts of violence for months during the occupation. Demonstrators had erected an encampment equipped with tents, food, shelter, and medical and riot supplies. Portland Police had also abandoned the zone due to “sanctuary policies,” leaving federal law enforcement officers to fend for themselves.
More than 40 demonstrators, including those involved with the terrorist organization Antifa, have been charged with federal offenses committed at the ICE facility since June 2025. This includes arson attacks, assault on federal officers with dangerous weapons, property damage, etc. Several of them have been convicted and sentenced to jail. Prosecutions remain ongoing.
