4 delicious high-protein recipes for your Ninja Creami — with absolutely no pudding mix, protein shakes, or chalky powders allowed

As noted in my Ninja Creami Swirl review, with the right ingredients, your frozen dessert can help you meet your protein goals. I have tried dozens of recipes and found that I really don’t care for the taste or texture of the ready-made protein shakes and powders that many high-protein recipes call for. Plus, they are quite expensive, often around $3 / £2.50 / AU$4.50 per serving, not counting any other ingredients you might add.

Many recipes also call for pudding mix, which is supposed to help with texture, taste, and added sweetness, but I’m not a fan of those either, so I searched out some options that provide a decent amount of protein without any of those products — just real food.
