Netanyahu, Milei Launch “Isaac Accords” To Broaden Israel-Western Hemisphere Alliance – Journal Posts
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Argentinian President Javier Milei announced the launch of the “Isaac Accords,” outlining a new framework aimed at strengthening ties between Israel and countries across the Western Hemisphere.
A joint statement said the initiative will unite “the descendants of Isaac and nations of the Judeo-Christian tradition” in support of freedom and democracy, while coordinating efforts to combat terrorism, antisemitism, and drug trafficking. The agreement also calls for joint action against Iran’s efforts to expand terrorist networks and operational influence throughout the region.
The framework includes plans to align positions in international forums and expand cooperation in areas such as technology, innovation, trade, and economic policy. The effort draws inspiration from the 2020 Abraham Accords, which normalized relations between Israel and several Arab nations.
Milei described the launch as “a historic moment for our nations,” saying it will deepen Argentina-Israel relations and mark a step toward “a freer and more prosperous hemisphere.”
