Today, President Trump attended a ceremony to officially re-name a stretch of road in Palm Beach, FL in his honor.
He personally unveiled the sign for the road, which proudly displays the new road name — “President Donald J. Trump Boulevard.”

The new name applies to the part of Southern Boulevard that runs from President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate to the Palm Beach International Airport.

In December 2025, the stretch of Southern Boulevard that runs from Mar-a-Lago to Palm Beach International Airport in Palm Beach, Florida, got a new, additional, ceremonial name: President Donald J. Trump Boulevard.
The ceremonial renaming won’t affect any mailing addresses or street signs within city limits, officials say. For weeks, two sign markers indicating the new honorary name were placed at the two intersections where the renamed stretch begins – the intersections of Southern Boulevard and Kirk Road in the unincorporated county.

Trump was on his way to Florida from Washington.The move came after city commissioners approved the renaming 4-1 at a Dec. 8, 2025, meeting. The ceremonial renaming of President Donald J. Trump Boulevard was scheduled for Friday, Jan. 16, 2026, four days before the one-year anniversary of his return to office.
