Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) went scorched-earth during a press conference Wednesday, shutting down a British reporter with a fiery rebuke over questions tied to the Trump administration’s use of the app Signal.

The Georgia congresswoman was fielding questions from reporters when Martha Kelner of Sky News attempted to press her about Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s role in the national security breach. Greene immediately interrupted.

“What country are you from?” she demanded.

When Kelner replied she was from the United Kingdom, Greene let her have it.

“We don’t give a crap about your opinion or your reporting,” Greene shot back. “Why don’t you go back to your own country where you have a major migrant problem?”

The exchange quickly went viral online, with many praising Greene for refusing to entertain foreign criticism of American politics—especially from a network they view as hostile to the populist right.

The confrontation comes as fallout continues over “Signalgate”—a security lapse that originated during the final months of the Biden administration. Newly appointed Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, National Security Advisor Michael Waltz, Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard were all part of a Signal group chat coordinating military actions against Houthi militants in Yemen.
