Watch: Morano on TV: Local weather Activists Exploit Iran Battle to Resurrect Local weather Agenda – Search to impose COVID-style vitality lockdowns

Morano: We’re only a couple of weeks into this Iran war, and they’re literally coming out with the most dire energy predictions possible in order to do what gin up fear and come up with policies you wouldn’t otherwise agree to unless you were afraid. Gee, that sounds exactly like the climate playbook. It sounds exactly like the COVID playbook.

Here we go again. In the words of Al Pacino: Just when you think you’re out, they put you back into Net Zero.

That’s what they’ve done there. JP, in a news analysis, is now seemingly cheering on Iran to do as much fossil fuel destruction as possible. Because they see it as a boon for the climate agenda. JP is claiming the war is going to reduce fossil fuel dependence, and the fossil fuel age must end in order to push for the climate agenda.

It’s the corporate government, collusion seizing the opportunity the same way they do with climate, the same way they do with COVID,  in order to make as many restrictions in our lives and make us as miserable as possible in the short-term.

What the impact of this war shows is not that the fossil fuel age must end. It shows how important fossil fuels are to your national security.

Solar and wind combined only equal about of 3% of our total energy production, and this is despite how many trillions of dollars have been spent and how many endless mandates and bans have been placed on their competition. 3% of our energy. Meanwhile, 80% or so of our energy is still coming from fossil fuels.

So the idea that we need to turn to solar and wind to somehow replace fossil fuels is nonsense, but this is what’s been going on.

The climate establishment is so excited right now, they’re licking their chops. The International Energy Agency is run by a European economist, and that group has literally called for Net Zero style, almost verbatim, the exact same restrictions as COVID. It’s a climate alarmist hijacked International Energy Group that’s always willing to come out with these kinds of ridiculous declarations.

OAN host Dan Ball: Well, and it’s happening at home. New York Democrats are proposing a bill now to try and reduce how much energy they use in and around the State of New York to make people turn their lights off after 11 PM.

Morano: I remember they used to have a policy that you needed to limit your high-def TV watching, and this is exactly what they drool over. And what I mean by they is the ruling class, they drool over that kind of intrusion, bean-counting regulations. And who gets to thrive in this situation, unelected bureaucrats, just like during COVID. It was the unelected health bureaucrats who could just cancel an NFL game or do whatever the hell they wanted at any time.

Why is Europe so vulnerable to an energy shock like the Iran war? Because they’ve literally outsourced all of their energy to Russia, to China, and they’ve shut down all the domestic energy. That’s the real wake-up call here.

It’s a misdirection; they’re taking you in the exact opposite direction. You should be saying, ‘you violated our national security’ to these Western leaders who went along with Net Zero instead; we had these leaders saying, ‘we need to embrace the climate agenda, energy lockdowns, climate lockdowns.’
