Watch: Mamdani Places Out Bonkers Video Teaching Illegals on The way to Evade ICE
As most Americans went about their usual Sunday rituals – you know, the really good stuff like church, football, and family time – New York City’s next mayor decided he needed to make a video telling illegals what they need to do to avoid being picked up federal law enforcement. You won’t be the least bit surprised to learn that Zohran Mamdani chose Pearl Harbor Day as the exact right time to rail against the laws that govern the United States of America.
In a video posted to social media, Mayor-elect Mamdani is clearly incensed that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials are trying to clear the streets of New York City of illegals. He proceeds to break out a white board and offer a handy-dandy list of ways for illegals to both evade arrest and annoy everyone in earshot if they are taken into custody. The video very helpfully is captioned in both English and Spanish.

Last weekend, ICE attempted to raid Canal Street and detain our immigrant neighbors. As mayor, I’ll protect the rights of every single New Yorker, and that includes the more than 3 million immigrants who call this city their home. But, we can all stand up to ICE if you know your rights.
If you encounter ICE, these are the things that every New Yorker should know.
First, ICE cannot enter into private spaces, like your home, school, or private area of your workplace without a judicial warrant signed by a judge. Like this: [image of a search and seizure warrant]. If ICE doesn’t have a judicial warrant signed by a judge, you have the right to say, “I do not consent to entry,” and the right to keep your door closed.
Sometimes, ICE will show you paperwork that looks like this: [image of a warrant of removal/deportation], and tell you that they have the right to arrest you. That is false. ICE is legally allowed to lie to you, but you have the right to remain silent. If you’re being detained, you can always ask, “Am I free to go?” repeatedly until they answer you.
You are legally allowed to film ICE as long as you do not interfere with an arrest. It is important to remain calm in any interaction with ICE or law enforcement. Do not impede their investigation, resist arrest or run.
Saul Alinsky would be proud.
That Zohran Mamdani stands athwart the laws of the United States isn’t surprising – his ascent in the polls earlier this year began when he tried to physically confront Tom Homan, then later promised to “Trump-proof” New York City – because he’s always been loudly, proudly, and unabashedly anti-American.
The worrying thing is that this guy seems to think he’s still a candidate running for office. This is essentially a campaign video, and shows a man who’s wholly unprepared to govern. He clearly thrives on the adulation of far-left New Yorkers who hate the country and Donald Trump as much as he does, but that’s low-hanging fruit these days. How are residents going to feel once they realize Mamdani intends to put the interests of illegals head of everything else?
No word yet on how this video is going over at the Trump White House, which hosted the mayor-elect the week before last. Zohran Mamdani will be inaugurated as New York City’s next mayor on January 1, 2026.
