As tensions remain high across the region, new data reveals the staggering scale of the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) presence. The United States has transitioned a significant “iron clad” force into the theater, designed to deter regional escalation.

The U.S. Navy currently has a formidable array of Tomahawk-capable assets in the region. According to reports from diplomatic correspondent Amichai Stein, the total Tomahawk missile count available for immediate use stands at 812, split between independent naval assets and the Lincoln Strike Group.

Key Naval Assets:
USS Mitscher, USS McFaul, USS Oscar Austin, USS Roosevelt, USS Bulkeley, USS Paul Ignatius.

Submarine Capabilities:
USS South Dakota and USS Georgia.The Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group (CSG):
Includes the USS Abraham Lincoln and escort destroyers USS Frank E. Petersen, USS Spruance, and USS Michael Murphy.

The aerial component includes nine fighter jet squadrons currently stationed on the aircraft carrier, supplemented by several squadrons already based at regional land sites:

2 Squadrons of F-35 Lightning IIs.3 Squadrons of F-15E Strike Eagles.1 Squadron of F-16 Fighting Falcons.1 Squadron of A-10 Thunderbolt IIs (“Warthogs”).

Logistics and intelligence are being bolstered by P-8A Poseidon maritime patrol aircraft and C-17A transport planes.
