Top National Security Aide Reveals Biden’s Cognitive Decline
A top official in the Biden administration national security complex revealed to an undercover reporter that Joe Biden’s cognitive decline was so evident that he couldn’t believe it wasn’t a “bigger scandal.”
Henry Appel, an adviser to the National Security Council’s Intelligence Program’s Directorate, divulged that Biden’s creeping dementia was such that he didn’t know National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan had accompanied Biden on a trip.
Another of the love-lorn beta males who inhabit the Democratic Party or toil for Biden, Appel met the O’Keefe Media Group reporter on a dating app, and over a glass of wine, and sang like a canary.
Three Shocking Stories
Appel told three stories that reveal just how far Biden declined mentally in during his four years in office.
Explaining that he was in the intelligence business and had been a “spy,” Appel told the reporter that he would spill some “tea” on their date, and was, as a gentleman should be, true to his word.
“Here’s some tea,” Appel began.
“Joe Biden is, like, dead. Not literally, like, he, like can’t say a sentence.”
“Really?” the reporter asked.
“He’s like, really, like, progressed in his old age. Everybody recognizes it. I can’t believe it wasn’t a bigger scandal earlier.”
Appel also described the severity of Biden’s decline. One day Appel was the last person in the office, and answered Sullivan’s phone. It was Biden, looking for his national security advisor.
Appel told Biden that Sullivan had left for the day, but would try to get him on the line. Biden asked questions to which Appel didn’t have answers, and so again offered to find Sullivan by calling his Secret Service detail:
“No, it’s OK I’ll, like, call his like” — because he called me on [Sullivan’s] classified phone — He’s, like, I’ll try his, like, unclassified phone.… Like, 10 seconds later, same phone, I picked it up again, I was, like, “Hi, again, it’s Henry.” He’s like, “Is Jake there?” And I was, like, “no, you called the same office, like, let me call the Secret Service detail for you.” So I did.
In a similar incident, Sullivan was “on an international trip with him like to Europe or something,” Appel began:
The phone rang in the office and I was like, “Hello, Mr. President, It’s Henry.” And he was like, “Is Jake there?” And I was like, “no, he’s traveling with you. He’s on the same trip that you are.… That was like a year ago. He’ll be dead in a year.
Afterward, O’Keefe confronted Appel on a street in Washington to ask why a top national security officer was spilling the “tea” to a complete stranger.
Appel refused to answer.
“What type of spy are you?” O’Keefe chuckled.
Appel declined to answer that one, too.
Biden’s Cognitive Decline
Biden’s cognitive decline and slide in dementia began before he was elected in 2020. Democrats knew it, but nominated him anyway, and someone produced more votes for Biden than Hillary Clinton received in 2016 or Vice President Kamala Harris received in 2020.
Top Democrats, critics revealed, knew Biden was suffering dementia and didn’t care. They had to defeat President Donald Trump.
Only after he was in office did it become clear just how bad his decline was. Biden had a few public miscues early on, such as forgetting the name of Australia’s prime minister, but they worsened as time went on.
Biden repeatedly claimed his son, Beau, died in Iraq. In fact, he died of brain cancer at Walter Reed Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
He falsely claimed that he crossed the recently destroyed Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland, on a train.
Bdien has falsely crowed about being a civil-rights activist, and the 82-year-old president also has falsely said he was a long-haul truck driver.
Privately, aides recounted his inappropriate rages.
Anger and false memories signal dementia.
But Biden’s cognitive decline showed terribly during his interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur, who was investigating Biden for mishandling classified documents.
Biden forgot when Beau died, and falsely told Hur that he began his legal career in a liability lawsuit over an explosion in which a man lost his penis.
Such was Biden’s poor memory that Hur didn’t think he could prosecute the president.
“At trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” Hur’s report said.
After the damaging Hur report, Biden said that his World War II uncle, whose plane crashed in the South Pacific, was eaten by cannibals on Papua, New Guinea. That caused some indigestion for the island nation’s prime minister.
Sundowning
In July, Axios revealed an even more damaging fact: Biden shuts down at 4:00 p.m., a sign that he is probably sundowning a little later. Sundowning describes the behavioral changes among dementia patients as the day lengthens.
Biden confessed that he’s ready for bed at 8:00 p.m., and a neurologist revealed that the president suffers from Parkinson’s disease.
After Trump crushed Biden in their presidential debate in June, top Democrats and fundraisers forced him to quit the race.
It turned out that the debate was a set-up to force Biden out. The cognitive decline was all too obvious.
