Goal and Starbucks’ Unique Vacation Drink

This holiday season Starbucks fans have a new reason to swing by Target.

Starting November 18, Starbucks locations inside Target stores will serve the Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate for a limited-time treat available only at these locations.

Target Circle 360 members get early access on Nov. 17 before the drink is offered to the general public.

So, what’s in this new holiday drink?

The Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate is a holiday twist on a classic Frappuccino. It blends mocha sauce, milk, and ice, topped with a generous layer of peppermint-flavored whipped cream and festive red and green sprinkles — finished with another swirl of whipped cream and sprinkles for extra holiday cheer.

Alicia Binion from Starbucks’ beverage development team shared that the drink was created to give Target shoppers “a fun and festive way to pause during the holiday rush and enjoy a little seasonal cheer.”

Target’s executive vice president of food, essentials, and beauty, Lisa Roath, added, “For so many people, a Target run starts with grabbing their favorite drink from Starbucks before browsing our aisles, so together we’re building on that magic with an exclusive, only-at-Target drink to add a little extra cheer to holiday shopping.”

Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate is everything you’d expect when you combine Target and Starbucks. It’s fun, it’s creative, and it’s delicious – an absolute can’t-miss as you get ready to celebrate the holidays.”

The beverage will be available throughout the holiday season at all participating Target locations nationwide.

Starbucks kicked off its 2025 holiday season on November 6, delighting fans with festive favorites like the Peppermint Mocha and Iced Sugar Cookie Latte. Alongside the classic beverages, the chain introduced seasonal treats, including the Polar Bear Cake Pop and Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread.

Later in the season, on December 2, Starbucks will debut new drinks, including the Eggnog Cream Cold Foam and Chestnut Praline Latte, giving coffee lovers even more ways to celebrate the holidays.
