After the coup d’état carried out by the Constitutional Court on December 6, which annulled the democratic will of the Romanian people because the globalist elites did not approve of the results of the election, Romania is now entering a new era of dictatorship. Romania’s former President Klaus Iohannis, whose term expires on December 22, is refusing to peacefully relinquish power.
The leader of Romania’s main opposition party, the Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR), George Simion announced on Wednesday that he will initiate procedures to suspend Klaus Iohannis. He told Romanian television, “Together with our team of lawyers, which also collaborates with the team of lawyers of Mr. (Călin) Georgescu, we decided to start by elimination and try all democratic methods to resolve the crisis.”
“I understood the involvement of Anthony Blinken. I understood that Mr. Alexander Soros Jr. also came to Romania. I saw the messages they made. I saw that Mrs. Lasconi is seeking support, including from the Italian government, after she requested Mr. Trump’s involvement,” Simion said. “But something like that is not possible. We have a president who must leave office on December 22, a president who must take a step back, resign, just as the members of the CCR should resign.”
According to George Simion, he has the votes to initiate the suspension procedure. “In the new parliament, we will have votes to initiate a suspension of Klaus Iohannis,” Simion announced. “We have votes to initiate it and then we will put it to a vote. I made a list of 20 actions that we can take. Many people write to me to take to the streets, and they are thinking about December 21 and 22. I am afraid that ordinary people will be used by Iohannis to declare a state of emergency. The world will not calm down, but we must not let Romanians become victims of provocations of any kind, because that is the plan.”
The Constitutional Court decided on December 6 to suspend the presidential elections. In response to this decision, Klaus Iohannis announced on his own authority that he will remain in Cotroceni until a new president is elected. This is in direct violation of the Constitution. In addition, no date for a new presidential election has been set.
Trump ally Elon Musk harshly criticized the decision of the Court to undermine Romanian democracy, calling the judges dictators. The incoming Trump administration must now consider harsh sanctions against Iohannis and his gang of thugs that have installed a new dictatorship in Romania.
