RFK Jr Picks Low Hanging Fruit While Throwing Bones At Public
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has a lot of work to complete at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as its new Secretary. Unfortunately, he is picking the “low-hanging fruit” and throwing the public just enough bones to keep it happy. The bulk of the work centers around so-called vaccines and emergency declarations for the CONvid-1984 (in effect until December 31, 2029), seasonal influenza vaccines declared “covered countermeasures” under the PREP Act concerning CONvid-1984, and the H7N9 and H5N1 bird flu. Even though it is unpopular to criticize “the golden boy”, RFK, Jr. should be, at the very least, reviewing these critical issues to right the ship, so to speak. After all, if Elon Musk can root out massive spending fraud, waste, and abuse in government within 90 days, RFK, Jr. should be able to investigate, review, and issue a report with so-called vaccines and emergency declarations.
Be advised – No way what Elon Musk is doing is supported since much of it is retaliatory in nature. Massive cuts are needed but should be done in accordance to the authorities outlined in the Constitution. Pardon the digression. Back to RFK, Jr.
Everyone should know why RFK, Jr. hasn’t done any of his “duties” regarding the identified issues above. The “Make America Healthy Again” agenda is about three goals: restore trust in government health agencies and “science”; protect vaccines; and, increase vaccine uptake. The religion of vaccinology/vaccines is so strong with much of the public and proper government studies and reviews required by law for the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) will not be done. Nothing about vaccines has been done based on “science” but on a belief system, which signals “religion”. The “Church of Vaccinology/Vaccines” holds these beliefs stronger than many Christians hold their possession of truth revealed in God’s word. But, the “Church of Vaccinology/Vaccines” fears scrutiny of their belief system as opposed to the congregation who possesses the truth revealed in God’s word. Unfortunately, RFK, Jr. is a member of that false church, despite what he has previously written at Children’s Health Defense regarding certain vaccines.
According to the 1986 National Vaccine Injury Compensation Act, the pharmaceutical companies were granted immunity by Congress from liability for any injury or death caused by their products. Moreover, the law also charged the Secretary of HHS with the obligation to implement vaccine safety and form a task force to issue reports to the Congressional committee’s Committee on Energy and Commerce (House) and Committee on Labor and Human Resources (Senate) every two years. No report has ever been filed by any HHS Secretary to Congress as required by law and HHS admitted the “task force” was disbanded in 1998. In 2023, HHS admitted there are still no reports.
As former CEO of Children’s Health Defense and now Secretary of HHS, RFK, Jr. should be very familiar with the 1986 National Vaccine Injury Compensation Act. He should know what the obligations of his office are under that law. Ignorance of the law is no defense as he previously practiced as an environmental lawyer. So, where is the public announcement of the formation of that task force to provide those reports to Congress as required by law? Nowhere to be found. Granted, he has “promised” a better vaccine injury surveillance system, but that is not the same as a task force to provide reports to Congress.
Earlier this month, RFK Jr. took the MAHA mission on the road to get public perspective on generally regarded as safe (GRAS) ingredient loophole in food, childhood chronic disease epidemic, safety of baby formula, harms of electromagnetic radiation, and a study on the possible vaccine-autism link. Let’s be honest here. The “epidemic” of childhood chronic disease cannot be fully examined without including vaccines on the recommended childhood vaccine schedule. So, RFK Jr. had the time to establish a meeting of the MAHA commission created by Donald Trump through executive order; yet, he has no time to create a task force required by law to increase vaccine safety which involves the following:
(1) promote the development of childhood vaccines that result in fewer and less serious adverse reactions than those vaccines on the market on December 22, 1987, and promote the refinement of such vaccines, and
(2) make or assure improvements in, and otherwise use the authorities of the Secretary with respect to, the licensing, manufacturing, processing, testing, labeling, warning, use instructions, distribution, storage, administration, field surveillance, adverse reaction reporting, and recall of reactogenic lots or batches, of vaccines, and research on vaccines, in order to reduce the risks of adverse reactions to vaccines.
CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapons fall under category 2 since the Center for Disease Control (CDC) changed the definition of “vaccine” to allow a gene therapy bioweapon injection to be included in the vaccine classification and recommended the gene therapy bioweapon injection to be given to babies as young as six months. But, after RFK, Jr. met with Donald Trump and Albert Bourla, CEO of Pfizer, the ladder to pick this fruit got tossed in the dumpster.
According to Section 564 and 564A of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), the Secretary of HHS “has the ability to take certain steps to help facilitate the availability of medical countermeasures after one of four determinations under section 564(b) is made: … (4) a determination by the Secretary [of HHS] that there is a public health emergency, or a significant potential for a public health emergency, that affects, or has a significant potential to affect, national security or the health and security of United States citizens living abroad, and that involves a CBRN agent or agents, or a disease or condition that may be attributable to such agent or agents.” This section of the FD&C Act also authorizes the HHS Secretary to terminate such a determination.
Before vacating the office of Secretary of HHS, Xavier Becerra updated the emergency declaration for CONvid-1984, extending the emergency until December 31, 2029, and including seasonal influenza vaccines under PREP Act covered countermeasures. (Supplemental Information, paragraph 9)
Where is RFK Jr. on reviewing this atrocity and terminating the emergency declaration? He’s too busy picking “low hanging fruit” and tossing the public bones as if it were a dog to get at some “high hanging fruit”.
And, what about the emergency declaration for H7N9 in 2013 and the H5N1 added to that same declaration in 2024? The 2013 emergency declaration was issued by Kathleen Sebelius and Xavier Becerra updated it to include H5N1 in 2024. Becerra also included all influenza A and B “viruses”. Modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shots are in the works for H5N1 and H7N9, as well as three other influenza “viruses”.
Where is the study on the deaths and injuries contained in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) for the CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shot? There is enough information contained there to have these products recalled and never to be used on the public again.
And, why has RFK Jr. not addressed the extensive research done by the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) showing that only two vaccines on the CDC recommended schedule were tested using inert placebo clinical trials? The information was taken from the package insert for all the vaccines listed on the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) website. Moreover, the clinical trials did not have an adequate robust participation nor was follow-up long enough to determine serious adverse events. Serious adverse events were determined as reported after “post marketing” – after approval and mandated by States for entry into public indoctrination centers.
Again, RFK, Jr. is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, put in a position to appease the people into thinking “their man” is there to help them. Until RFK, Jr. complies with the law regarding the Secretary of HHS’s obligations under the 1986 law, parents will have to lobby their State to rescind these vaccine mandates based on lack of documentation indicating the products are “safe and effective”. It will not be an easy process since the “Church of Vaccinology/Vaccines” holds an irrational belief system where these products are concerned.
Remember, the Department of Health and Human Services is an unconstitutional agency, just like DOGE, the FDA, CDC, NIH, and other “public health” entities. And, Congress possesses zero constitutional authority to make manufacturers of products immune from liability for harm or death caused by their products. Vaccines are products, like toasters. Toasters are tested more extensively for safety than vaccines put into our bodies and the bodies of our children.
Trying to lobby Congress to repeal the 1986 National Vaccine Injury Compensation Act, the Cares Act, and others trampling the rights of the people would be like stuffing an elephant into a carry-on suitcase. The money from Big Pharma speaks louder than millions of Americans. One would think that the immense love one has for their children would be motive enough to discover the truth in order to protect them from products that cause harm. Unfortunately, it appears many of the public are only giving lip service when claiming love instead of demonstrating it with their actions through research into these products and asking questions about them. Many of you in the public are so indoctrinated into the “vaccine belief system” that the love of your child falls by the wayside. Pity. It is the children who suffer through injury, some for a lifetime, or death from these products.
Here’s a few words for RFK, Jr., should he by chance ever read this.
Mr. Kennedy, the American people have been the victims of propaganda, gaslighting, misinformation and lies peddled by government entities such as HHS, CDC, FDA, and NIH for so long that it is doubtful trust can be restored, if there was ever any there to start. These unconstitutional agencies have been involved in Frankensteinian experiments and experiment worthy of the notorious Dr. Mengele for decades. There is no coming back from that. Protection for vaccines was secured by Congress in 1986 and perpetrated by State governments through mandates, lies, and propaganda since then as well. The Church of Vaccinology/Vaccines, based on those lies, gaslighting, propaganda, and misinformation, is alive and well and working continually to force their “beliefs” on others. But, more and more are traveling to the light of truth. Ditch your agenda and conscientiously and diligently do your duty per the law with the highest of integrity – if you have any left. But, that is hard to do when you head an unconstitutional agency possessing zero constitutional authority.
State governments have usurped authority when it comes to mandating these vaccine products with the courts egregiously siding with States to do so. Just as State governments and local governments have zero authority to mandate a vaccine product, masks, social distancing, lockdowns, etc., the federal government has zero authority regarding the same. If you truly believed in informed consent, you would speak against State mandates for vaccine products for children and adults. The products would “sell themselves” if they were truly safe and effective. Mandates only serve to push an unsafe and ineffective product when it cannot be “sold” on its own merits. You would also speak out and take action against the PREP Act used on civilians, the CARES Act, the 21st Century CURES Act, and others that trample the rights of the people.
You have flip-flopped on your stance, reminiscent of Anthony Fauci, whom you penned a book about exposing his “shortcomings”. Who can trust you when you engage in the same behavior as the one you exposed for fraud? Did you lie in the confirmation hearings to cement a political career or did you lie in all your writings at Children’s Health Defense? The people deserve an honest answer, but it is unlikely you will give them one. It would be wise to stop being the airport windsock and stand for truth and integrity.
Dig the ladder out of the dumpster and get to picking the “high hanging fruit”.
