Radical FBI goes after 87-year-old concentration camp survivor as agency continues targeting pro-life activists

USA- Some five months after pro-baby killing extremists firebombed churches and crisis pregnancy centers, the epitome of professional law enforcement, the FBI, has made exactly zero arrests. Nada. Zilch. This despite the fact at least two pro-abortion groups accepted responsibility for at least some of them.
But fear not, America. The FBI is hard at work, with their latest coup being the arrest of an 87-year-old woman who happened to have spent time in a German concentration camp all for the crime of sitting in front of an abortion clinic and praying, Legal Insurrection reports.
87-year-old concentration camp survivor is one of 11 pro-lifers recently arrested by corrupt @FBI
Pro-life activist Eva Edl was one of four pro-lifers charged (https://t.co/klPQ6NO4ns) with violating the FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances) this month

Oh, she was also talking to a few people. She is clearly the face of “violent white extremism” that our useless, incompetent attorney general warned us about.
Eva Edl was arrested for allegedly violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act for sitting in front of a Tennessee abortion facility in 2021. As a point of information, the FACE Act also applies to people who do stuff like firebomb abortion clinics. But hey, what’s a little gasoline on a building when people are praying!
From Live Action:
Edl’s biography by James Johnston, “She Looks Like My Little Girl,” offers the testimony of a child of Danube-Swabian heritage—Yugoslavian by birth but German by heritage and language. Edl was just six years old when the Nazis invaded Yugoslavia and her family was safe in their rural home—until her father was taken by the Nazis.
After her father became ill and was put in an infirmary, he sent his family a letter urging them to flee because the Red Army was coming. But they did not escape in time.
Edl says she and her family were dehumanized by the communists and targeted for genocide. At first, she and her siblings found safety with their grandmother who was Hungarian and therefore able to hide in plain sight.
But soon, Edl’s mother was kidnapped to dig trenches for the war and her two older siblings were taken to a forced labor camp. As for Edl, she and her grandmother were put on a train to a concentration camp.
Her biography explains more:
The Soviets and the Nazis had begun the war as allies, but when Hitler invaded Russia and slaughtered millions of civilians, the Russians lust for vengeance ran hot. Armed with the weapons and moral authority of the Grand Alliance, the Red Army invaded from the east, driving out the Nazis. Terror came in Stalin’s bloody wake. Hitler’s betrayal fueled a rage and a hatred against Germany that would flood Eastern Europe with the blood of the innocent and the cries of the violated for years.
Live Action further reported that since Edl and her people were German by heritage and language, the communist government initially dehumanized her people. Afterward, they “unleashed a violent genocidal campaign” against Edl’s people. It further noted that after the war, communist concentration camps were not shut down, as those run by Nazi Germany were.
Eventually, Edl was rescued, immigrated to Austria and eventually the United States. It was in the US that Edl realized the scourge of yet another genocide…that of the unborn. In the bio on her website, it says:
“Eva felt the call of God to law down her life to rescue unborn children, just as others laid down their life to rescue her.”
Edl had previously related to Live Action that she first learned about abortion clinics in 1988:
“I said to my husband, ‘these are the death camps of America.’ I saw people sitting in front of abortion clinics in Atlanta and I’ve been involved ever since.”
She has been arrested “at least 46 times for blockading abortion facilities.”
According to video of the event for which Edl was arrested by Biden’s Gestapo, there was no violence whatsoever at the event. All the video showed was people, including Eld, praying and talking to people. There was no violence, none of the protesters were rude. If a woman didn’t respond to their pleas to change her mind, they left her alone. All they showed, Legal Insurrection noted, was “compassion and understanding.”
What was the worker in the abortion mill concerned about? People not wearing masks, of course.
One of the protesters, Chester Gallagher had a number of armed FBI agents arrive at his home with “guns drawn” and busted inside. Gallagher was not home.
According to pro-life activist AJ Hurley, he told Live Action the FBI called others involved in the prayer vigil “about the arrest warrants and had to turn themselves in.”
Edl, who survived a World War II concentration camp as a young girl and who poses a threat to nobody faces the prospect of a year in prison and a fine of up to $100,000. While those who committed violence against crisis pregnancy centers and churches walk the streets free as a bird. While those who protest in front of the homes of Supreme Court justices, in violation of federal law, walk free.
People such as Edl are harassed by Biden’s Department of Justice because they are political adversaries of the regime…nothing less.
Can you imagine the shrieking if the president’s last name was Trump and he was targeting his political adversaries?
Let’s Go Brandon.

The following includes content which is editorial in nature.
MT. JULIET, TN- Over the last 5-6 months or so, a number of crisis pregnancy centers and churches have been attacked by pro-abortion lunatics.
In fact, these lunatics are not even afraid to leave their calling cards, with groups such as “Jane’s Revenge” and “Ruth Sent Us” proudly admitting their involvement.
Yet months later, not a single arrest has been made. In fact, not a single search warrant has been served by Biden’s secret police, otherwise known as the FBI.
So what has the FBI been doing? Conducting raids with heavily armed agents at the homes of pro-life advocates who have committed the “crime” of peacefully protesting in front of abortion mills.
Ok, so one of them, Mark Houck, is accused of pushing a man who was getting in the face of his 12-year-old son. The man was uninjured and even the overzealous Philadelphia district attorney, Larry Krasner, refused to press charges. Moreover, a civil suit filed by the so-called “victim” was promptly kicked out of court.
Yet Joe Biden’s Department of Justice wasn’t happy and conducted an armed raid of Houck’s home with an estimated two dozen SWAT-clad FBI agents who terrorized him and his family, including his children. You see you cannot even think of opposing the radical left agenda being pushed by Democrats and enforced by their version of the East German Stasi.
The latest outrage comes earlier this week, when a man who committed the “crime” of praying and singing outside an abortion business last year was also raided by the FBI, Life News reports.
Garland’s Gestapo raided the home of Chet Gallagher for exercising his First Amendment rights by praying outside an abortion mill and advocating for the lives of unborn children in Tennessee last year.
Gallagher and a number of other pro-life advocates (who we’re sure are next on the FBI’s hit list) were participating in a “rescue” at a medical building in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, where they were praying and singing inside a building that houses not only the baby killing business but a number of other medical businesses.
Mr. Gallagher was out of state when the FBI showed up at his home, guns drawn and barged into his home. They demanded to know where he was from his family, and reports are they are seeking charges against other pro-life advocates for alleged violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.
That law makes it a federal crime to use force with intent to injure, intimidate and interfere with anyone trying to access abortion at an abortion mill or medical care at a pregnancy center.
Read that again: “…use force with intent to injure, intimidate and interfere…” Based on the wording of that statute, all three elements must be in place. It doesn’t say “or”…it says “and.”
A Live Action report filed covering the incident in Mt. Juliet showed it was so peaceful that the participants were all released on misdemeanor trespass charges. It should also be noted that this incident occurred over one-and-one half years ago, in March 2021. Yes, this incident was so serious that the FBI waited over 18 months to conduct and armed raid at one of the participants’ homes.
Live Action wrote:
The event in March 2021 was reportedly peaceful, with participants lining the inside hallway of a general medical office building which, in one area, houses the Carafem abortion facility. The rescuers who were gathered that day prayed and sang, and the event was nonviolent. Some recorded the events on video. Several participants were arrested by local police that day and were later released after posting bail for misdemeanor trespass charges.
Hurley said other individuals were “called by the FBI telling them they had arrest warrants and to turn themselves in.” Those individuals were named by Hurley as Paul Place, Renee Davis, Dr. Coleman Boyd, Dennis Green, and Heather Idoni. One other individual is believed to have been charged but for now remains unidentified.
We suppose we should be gratified that the FBI didn’t break into all these people’s houses armed with automatic weapons and terrorize them and their families. They appear to rather enjoy it.
Life News further claims that some are concerned that the feckless attorney general himself, Merrick Garland is behind the investigations (or forcing them) and demanding the FBI raid pro-life advocates. In other words, he is weaponizing the FBI on behalf of the radical left pro-abortion fringe and using it to target political opponents of Joe Biden.
Again, according to Live Action:
“The FBI isn’t even performing the investigations,” said Hurley. “The DOJ is doing their own investigations and using the FBI as their arm of that organization…Normally, the FBI does an investigation, and if they find someone guilty of federal crimes, they issue warrants.” Instead he says, “the DOJ is…sending local branches of the FBI with arrest warrants to be their strong arm.”
Hurley notes that pro-life activists have recently been charged with FACE as well as conspiracy (to rob someone of a constitutional right), which could result in up to 10 years in prison. “This is a ne tactic the DOJ has been throwing at pro-lifers to see if the charges stick,” he says.
Houck made an appearance in federal court in Philadelphia, where he pleaded not guilty to violating the FACE Act. Houck’s attorney highlighted the fact that the case was already vetted through the state court process and was thrown out, but claims the Biden Justice Department took up the case over a year later as a form of “political persecution.”
“If he was truly a danger to the community, they wouldn’t have waited a year to prosecute,” Peter Breen, senior counsel of the Thomas More Society and Houck’s attorney said outside the courthouse.
“Serious questions need to be asked of the Attorney General. What was he thinking? Why did they do this obscene show of force against a peaceful pillar of the community?” Breen asked.
“It put officers’ lives in danger. It put the Houck family in danger. And it was an utter waste of judicial resources and taxpayer resources,” Breen said.
Even more egregious in Houck’s case is the fact that according to Fox News, Breen said his team had contacted both the DOJ and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in June where they informed those offices that while they had no case based on controlling precedent, however if they did decide to indict Houck, his defense attorneys would present Houck to respond to the summons.
That wasn’t good enough for the Biden Justice Department and the FBI, however. They needed to put on a show, which meant the next time Breen heard from anyone about the case is when Houck had already been forcibly removed from his home at the barrel of an automatic weapon.
“This is a political prosecution,” Breen said. “And what’s clear from the Department of Justice at its highest levels which is directing this case that they are trying to send a message to pro-life and people of faith—‘don’t mess with us.’ They want to intimidate—they want to cause good people like Mark to stop praying and counseling at the abortion clinics of our country. And that’s not going to happen.”
“What in the world would possess the Department of Justice to send 20 or so heavily armed agents to this family’s home, violate the sanctity of that home, frighten the children and then drag their father away instead of allowing us to present him peacefully—which we had offered to do?” Breen said last week.
Thus far, over 4,000 donations have been offered to Houck and his family totaling $251,810 through GiveSendGo, an alternative to the leftist GoFundMe. The platform also allows users to submit prayers; thus far over 3,500 prayers had been offered to the family.
According to pro-life activist Ashley Garecht, she and her husband Joe created the GiveSendGo page. She said funds raised through the effort “will go to help the family with any necessary expenses.”
Clearly, the Biden administration is using the FBI goon squad to intimidate people of faith and pro-life Americans, an opinion shared by Breen.
“This case is being brought solely to intimidate people of faith and pro-life Americans,” he said. “Mark Houck is innocent of these lawless charges and we intend to prove that in court.”
The Houck case has already drawn attention from at least two pro-life members of Congress, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) and Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX).
The attempt by the DOJ and the Biden administration to pursue these charges against in particular Houck seems to fly in the face of court precedent.
That is because in June 2019, the Thomas More Society through its attorneys won a case in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, which established a one-off altercation, such as the one being alleged by the Biden administration, cannot form the basis of a FACE Act claim.
If Houck is convicted, he faces up to 11 years in a federal prison, three years of supervised release, and fines of up to $350,000, all for the “crime” of protecting his 12-year-old son.
Meanwhile, people who firebombed crisis pregnancy centers, at the behest of unhinged leftist lunatics such as Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and numerous others walk the streets, untouched by Biden’s FBI. Probably because they support what these terrorists are doing.
Blind justice? Not in Biden’s America.
