Panicked Christopher Steele Grilled on Live TV as Host Exposes Trump-Russia Hoax
Former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele, one of the chief architects of the infamous Steele dossier, which helped disseminate the now-debunked Trump-Russia collusion narrative, appeared on Uncensored with Piers Morgan this week.
Steele found himself in the hot seat when he was confronted by conservative panelist Natalie Winters.
“Well, I know Christopher Steele probably wanted to go down in history as someone that colluded with the Clinton campaign to take down President Donald J. Trump, but I really think that you represent probably the ultimate grifter in the American political space,” Winters began as Steele began to squirm.
“For you to even come on here, obviously you’re trying to sabotage what President Trump is doing when it comes to Russia and Ukraine.”
Winters launched a direct attack on Steele for his dossier’s role in launching baseless investigations against Trump.
“To sit here, what is it, nearly a decade after you tried to smear President Trump as a Russian asset, to then say, ‘Well, I think he’s a Russian asset,’ even though I’m really good at my job and create all these intelligence reports—it’s just sort of a feeling that I have. I’m sorry. What stones do you even have left to turn over to try to corroborate your claim?” she asked.

Appearing visibly unnerved, Steele attempted to interject but was immediately cut off by Winters as she outlined the damage his false reporting had caused.
“You weaponized FISA courts, surveillance warrants, not just domestic spy agencies, but international spy agencies.”
“The American people would really appreciate it if you would stop injecting your efforts to curtail and totally tank the America First movement by smearing anyone who doesn’t want to get involved in forever wars or continue the needless and ceaseless dying in Ukraine and in Russia,” Winters leveled.
Steele, a former MI6 officer, compiled the infamous dossier that alleged links between then-candidate Donald Trump and Russia, which was funded by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC).
However, the claims in the dossier were eventually debunked, and Steele was exposed as another paid deep-state operative attempting to damage Trump’s presidency.
During the clip, Winters pivoted to the topic of Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop, which was dismissed as Russian disinformation by Steele’s allies in the intelligence community.
“When those 51 people that I’m sure that you know all too well—you were probably likely involved with the drafting of that letter—said that was Russian disinformation, well, it turned out that was true. And shame on you for the last decade trying to inject the idea that smearing President Trump as a Russian asset is somehow going to take the MAGA movement down.”

Looking flustered, Steele attempted to defend himself, saying, “My response is that I’m a professional intelligence officer, an expert on that part of the world. I’m not a politician.”
Winters fired back:
“Was the Hunter Biden hard drive Russian disinformation?”
Morgan quickly attempted to wrap up the interview as he sensed the conversation spiraling out of control.
“I think everyone’s had their say about Christopher Steele,” he interjected.
“Christopher Steele, thank you for joining us. I appreciate it.”
