Newsom’s Anti-Trump Rant Backfires as Audio Glitch Mutes Message – WATCH
Democrat California Gov. Gavin Newsom faced basic audio difficulties when launching his anti-Trump attack on Tuesday.
Newsom shared a live video feed of him addressing the camera in what was meant to be an anti-Trump speech over the ongoing anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles.
But there was one problem: nobody could hear anything.

Newsom’s audio was eventually restored, but the beginning remained unavailable.
Additional clips captured the awkward moment:
During the audible portions, the governor charged the president with overriding the rule of law by sending National Guard troops to quell the riots.
Violent anti-ICE protests have plagued Los Angeles over the past week in response to the enforcement of federal immigration laws.
Clips show protesters throwing eggs and shouting to warn others about impending raids.
Lines of law enforcement officers could be seen standing in the streets as protesters taunted them.
Others blocked a roadway and threw objects at police vehicles.
One video showed a car engulfed in flames while sitting in the middle of an intersection.
Law enforcement arrested over 40 people during the raids and search warrant executions on Friday.
City officials and immigrant advocate groups were not happy with the raids.
President Donald Trump ordered 4,000 National Guard troops into the area so ICE agents could conduct operations.
The commander in chief also ordered hundreds of U.S. Marines into the area to help maintain order.
Democrats have since falsely condemned the move as an escalation tactic.
“The federal government is taking over the California National Guard and deploying 2,000 soldiers in Los Angeles — not because there is a shortage of law enforcement, but because they want a spectacle. Don’t give them one. Never use violence. Speak out peacefully,” said California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D).
