Meghan Trainor Changes All About the Bass Lyrics After Plastic Surgery
Meghan Trainor is loving the skin she’s in! The pop singer changed the lyrics of her hit song “All About That Bass” during her performance at 102.7 KIIS FM’s Wango Tango on May 10, and put the spotlight on her plastic surgery results.
The singer, 31, wore a pink Carnival-inspired two-piece outfit on stage as she changed the “All About That Bass” original lyrics, “Yeah, it’s pretty clear, I ain’t no size two,” for, “Yeah, it’s pretty clear, I got some new boobs.”
Two days after her performance, Meghan spammed Instagram with Wango Tango content. In some of her photos, the Massachusetts native put the spotlight on her surgically enhanced chest, which was dressed in a bedazzled pink top.
In November 2024, Meghan revealed that she was planning to undergo a breast augmentation – a decision she made after giving birth to her sons, Riley, 4, and Barry, 22 months.
“They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small,” the “Mother” artist said during an episode of her “Workin’ On It” podcast at the time, describing her breasts as “saggy sacks.”

“And what’s really difficult is trying on all these amazing outfits for tour and for shows coming up. I have to wear the most supportive bras, and it could ruin the outfit,” she later admitted.
At the time, Meghan was still debating whether to get a lift or have an implant inserted in her breasts.
Four months later, Meghan shared her results after deciding to upgrade the lift to a boob job.
“I got my boobs done,” Meghan gushed in the March video. “After having two kids, living a healthier lifestyle and losing weight, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I’m so obsessed.”
“I’ve always struggled with loving my boobs before I got them done because they were never even, were always sagging my whole life,” she later explained. “These breast implants are the only ones in the world with smooth silk, a surface designed to minimize inflammation, so the tissue around the implant stays soft. Honestly, they look and feel amazing.”
Before going under the knife for her boob job, Meghan opened up about receiving Botox injections.
“Friends and family, I did it, there’s nothing I can’t do. Example A, I got Ryan to get Botox,” she said during an August 2023 episode of her podcast alongside her brother Ryan Trainor. “I don’t need Botox as much as they say. Mine lasts so long, it’s great. And I think yours will too.”
In addition to her plastic surgery and injection transformation, Meghan flaunted her drastic weight loss results after taking Mounjaro.
“No, I don’t look like I did 10 years ago. I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me,” she wrote via Instagram in March. “I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy. And I’m so glad I did because I feel great.”
