Taiwan President William Lai points out the obvious with his simple historical reminder
During an interview, Taiwan’s President, Lai-ti Ching (often referred to as William Lai) posited a reasonable question in regards to China’s relentless aggression to cede Taiwan, which has never been part of Mainland China,
“If it is for the sake of territorial integrity, why doesn’t it take back the lands occupied by Russia that were signed over in the Treaty of Aigun?”
