The Leadership Institute, known for decades of high-quality training for conservative leaders worldwide, has recently committed to deepening the undeniable impact Hispanic voters demonstrated in the 2024 presidential election. They have asked Barbara Casanova to consult on Hispanic engagement. The result is a revamped of “Growing La Familia” initiative, a national program designed to empower Hispanic conservatives for leadership roles across various levels, from grassroots activism to public office. Recognizing Hispanic Americans as the fastest-growing segment of the electorate, this program aims to equip them with the necessary skills to influence the nation’s future in the conservative movement. The program offers structured, high-quality training in areas such as campaign management, civic engagement, communications, and leadership development
Barbara Casanova, RNHA’s National Secretary said, “I have been a student and guest faculty for the Leadership Institute, and I am honored have a role in enhancing Hispanic representation nationwide. Sandy Moyer, Chair of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly of North Carolina, assisted in coordinating the event.
