Kris Jenner on Vacation Presents and Decor
Kris Jenner is all about creating memorable moments during the holidays.
“I love to send my guests home with some fabulous, fun gift that they wouldn’t have thought of themselves,” she told E! News in an exclusive interview.
“It’s just something festive and that your guests would love to take home with them. Then, they’ll have a remembrance the following year.”
With six children and 13 grandchildren, she admits that finding the perfect gift can sometimes be a challenge. To make it easier, she’s teamed up with Amazon for the new social series called Let’s Unpack That, where she shares and curates her favorite holiday picks.
For Kris, gifting isn’t just a gesture — it’s her “love language.”
“I’m uncontrollably giddy at the holidays,” the 70-year-old said. “So, to me, this is heaven.”
When it comes to choosing presents for her famous family, Kris admitted some are easier than others.
“Kim is probably the hardest to give for — she’s very specific and particular in her surrounding, her aesthetic, her decor,” she shared. “Khloé’s very similar to me. Kylie and Kendall love the nostalgia of it all. Kourtney loves all of it and Rob’s very much like we all are.”
Kris also offered her key steps for hosting the perfect holiday gathering. “You have to set the date, get an invitation out — and that makes it real,” she noted. “You have to have a great bar, have lots of festive cocktails — even if they’re not alcohol.”
But beyond food and drinks, Kris said one element truly sets the tone is the music. “A little really goes a long way as far as creating a mood and some magic,” she said.
In an Instagram post in partnership with Amazon, Jenner gave fans a peek into the holiday festivities at her home. “At my house, it becomes a competition. Whose got the most amazing gift wrap?” she joked.
She added with a grin, “I am a gift wrap professional.”
As she opened another Amazon package, Jenner alsoshared one of her favorite decorating rituals. “One of my favorite things to do in my house is start with garland. I put garland on everything — the tables, the mantels, up the staircases — and then puddling at the bottom. Love a good puddle.”
Jenner then revealed a gingerbread cookie cutter set. “Every year there’s always that one person that takes gingerbread houses too far. Hi, it’s me,” she laughed.
With her signature humor and festive flair, Jenner shows that the holidays at her house are all about creativity, joy, and a little friendly competition, proving that the magic of the season is in the details and the memories made along the way.
