Illegal Alien Freed by Biden Shoots Off-Duty Border Patrol Agent in the Face During NYC Robbery
A moped-riding illegal alien shot an off-duty U.S. Border Patrol agent in the face during an attempted robbery in a New York City park late Saturday night, according to law enforcement sources.
The federal agent returned fire and wounded the assailant, who is now in custody.
The agent, 42, was sitting on a rock with a female companion when two men on a moped approached them and initiated a robbery.
One of the suspects opened fire during the struggle, hitting the agent in the face and left forearm.
Despite being seriously wounded, the agent drew his firearm and returned fire.

The suspect was later identified as 21-year-old Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez.
Mora sustained three gunshot wounds.
He later walked into a hospital in the Bronx seeking treatment and was taken into custody.
The Department of Homeland Security’s Kristi Noem confirmed that Mora is a Dominican national who entered the U.S. illegally in 2023.
He was released from custody at the time due to insufficient detention space and given a notice to appear before an immigration judge.
Mora, who has a lengthy criminal record, was wanted on active kidnapping and weapons charges in Massachusetts at the time of the shooting.
Mora had been arrested in NYC at least four times and was released without bail on each occasion.
He was arrested twice within days last year — once for allegedly assaulting a pregnant woman, and again for threatening to kill another migrant with a machete.
That same year, he was arrested for violating an order of protection.
Mora was not detained by immigration authorities or held in custody by local officials despite his criminal activity.
The injured federal agent is currently undergoing surgery and is in stable condition, reports say.
Mora will face multiple charges related to the shooting, including attempted murder, armed robbery, and illegal possession of a firearm.
He will also likely face federal immigration violations stemming from his unlawful entry into the U.S.
