Honduran Migrant Arrested After Shoving 83-Yr-Outdated Veteran Onto NYC Subway Tracks
On Sunday, a deranged Honduran migrant randomly shoved two men onto subway tracks in NYC.
One of those men was an 83-year-old Air Force veteran named Richard Williams.
Thankfully, the elderly veteran and the other 31-year-old victim were rescued from the tracks before a train came.
However, Williams sustained serious injuries from the fall, and he is not likely to survive.
Here are the horrific details:

BREAKING: An 83-year-old veteran is fighting for his life after being pushed onto NYC subway tracks by an illegal immigrant from Honduras.
Witnesses said the suspect, Bairon Hernandez, first came up behind a 30-year-old man and pushed him onto the tracks. He then moved behind the 83-year-old man and shoved him before running away. Both victims were transported to a nearby hospital in stable and critical condition, respectively.
The 83-year-old victim, Air Force veteran Richard Williams, is now fighting for his life after suffering multiple fractures and bleeding on the brain from hitting his head on the tracks.
Hernandez has been charged with attempted murder, attempted assault, assault, and reckless endangerment.
The suspect, 34-year-old Bairon Hernandez, is both a homeless man and “migrant.”
He is denying everything.
More from The New York Post:
Bairon Hernandez, 34, was collared by the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force and the NYPD at a homeless shelter in Brooklyn, according to cops and sources.
He allegedly pushed the elderly victim and a 31-year-old man at the Lexington Avenue–63rd Street station around noon on Sunday, police said…
Hernandez denied the allegations when he was hauled out of an Upper East Side precinct Tuesday night.
He repeatedly shook his head and said “no” when reporters asked him whether he had shoved the two straphangers.
Meanwhile, Richard Williams remains in the hospital, fighting for his life.
CBS News shared a statement from William’s granddaughter:
Williams’ granddaughter Samantha Loria spoke with CBS News New York, saying he suffered multiple fractures and had bleeding on his brain after his head struck the tracks.
“Thank God there’s wasn’t a train coming,” Loria said. “The hardest part is I can’t have a conversation, or hug him again.”
“He was a very selfless man. He would give anyone the last shirt on his back,” she added.
Rodriguez, speaking in Spanish, told CBS News New York he felt scared and disoriented after the attack.
“They should have more security at train stations,” he said.
So far in 2026, there have been nine subway push incidents according to the NYPD. By way of comparison, there were 19 in all of 2025 and 26 in all of 2024.
It’s very tragic and infuriating.
Based on reports, it’s unclear whether or not Hernandez is an illegal or legal immigrant.
But either way, this monster should have never been let in to our country.
This may not be far from the truth:
I’m convinced that during the Biden administration other countries opened their prisons and bought their prisoners a one-way ticket to the US.

Please pray for Richard Williams and his family.
Pray for both healing and justice.
