Former Disney Costars Shane Harper & Samantha Boscarino Are Married

Being cast on the Disney Channel show Good Luck Charlie led to a different type of luck for actors Shane Harper and Samantha Boscarino.

The couple first met back in 2011 when Boscarino landed a recurring guest role on Good Luck Charlie. 

Harper was already playing Spencer, the boyfriend of the show’s main character Teddy (Bridgit Mendler). Boscarino was later cast as Skyler, the girl that Spencer cheats on Teddy with. 

However, despite their drama-filed roles on the show, Harper and Boscarino did not start dating in real life until after the show had concluded its run.

Harper is confirmed to have been dating Mendler until 2015. He and Boscarino got together sometime after that, though the exact date is not known.

By the time Harper and Boscarino both starred in the movie God’s Not Dead: A Light in Darkness in 2018, they had become close and seemed to have been together romantically. 

When the couple attended the Power Book IV: Force premiere together in 2022, Boscarino was spotted wearing an engagement ring, signaling the couple was taking their relationship to the next level. 

Then, in May of this year, Boscarino posted a picture of herself on Instagram wearing a name tag that read “Sam Harper,” which fans spotted and took to as confirmation that the pair had tied the knot and she had changed her last name. 

Now, the couple’s marriage has been officially confirmed in a November 29 PEOPLE exclusive by a rep for Harper. 

The couple prefers to keep their relationship out of the limelight and shares very little about their life together online or in the press.
