DWTS' Lindsay Arnold Debuts New Breast Implants in Video
Sorry haters! Dancing With the Stars pro Lindsay Arnold debuted her breast implants while clapping back at a fan who told her she’d “regret” getting the plastic surgery.
Lindsay, 31, shared a TikTok video on Wednesday, January 15, appearing in a white buttoned-down shirt before tearing it open to show off a black post-surgery support bra and new breasts.
The 2017 DWTS champ set the video to the popular “‘Girl, don’t do it” audio, where she smiled and lip-synched “I did it.”
Lindsay included a screengrab from a user named Julie who told her, “Don’t do it!!! I regret mine,” in the upper left corner. She wrote in the video’s caption that she was “replying” to the user and added “new [cherry emoji] has entered the chat and zero regrets here,” along with the hashtags “breast augmentation,” “post surgery recovery” and “moms of TikTok.”
Fans were divided about Lindsay’s revelation that she went through with getting breast implants and a lift. One person wrote, “It made me so sick. I ended up removing them,” while another said it was the “best decision I ever made for myself.”
“Congratulations on being a mom and doing something for YOU,” one fan commented, while another told her, “The mornings are the worst when you get out of bed and they’re so heavy at the beginning.”
Lindsay first revealed she was getting the work done in a December 26, 2024, TikTok video.
“My Christmas present this year is that I’m getting a breast augmentation,” she said. “Guys, I’m freaking out … but I’m also so excited. That is happening in, like, a little over two weeks.”
The Provo, Utah, native went on to explain how she was going under the knife following a quick vacation with husband Sam Cusick. The duo — who have been together since high school — welcomed daughter Sage in November 2021 and expanded their family with the addition of daughter June in May 2023.
“I am turning 31 on January 11, and Sam and I are going to Mexico for a little getaway,” she continued. “We’re doing three nights and then we get home. The next day, I am getting my breast augmentation. I am also getting a lift. … It’s just so many decisions and it’s hard that you make the choices for yourself and you have to live with those choices.”
Lindsay added that she and Sam were putting off having a third child, as she wanted to undergo the surgery.
“I just decided I didn’t want to wait,” she explained. “Obviously [I] know there are chances I’d maybe need to get a lift later on in life or whatever, but I just don’t want to wait anymore. … We’re just putting [family planning] on pause a bit longer.”
Lindsay joined DWTS as a pro in 2013 after competing on So You Think You Can Dance the year prior. She became a mirrorball trophy champ in season 25 alongside actor Jordan Fisher. Lindsay last competed with The Bachelor alum Matt James in 2021 before taking time away to focus on growing her family.
