Dr. Paul Nassif Welcomes Baby No. 2 With Wife Brittany Pattakos
Botched star Dr. Paul Nassif has welcomed a new addition with his wife, Brittany Pattakos! She gave birth to the couple’s second child, a baby boy.
Paul Michael Nassif, Jr. was born on Thursday, January 9, and weighed 9 pounds and 10 ounces, according to Page Six. The proud dad, 62, confirmed that baby and Brittany, 34, were “safe and sound” after the delivery.
“Our family is complete and we’re so excited to begin this new chapter together,” Brittany told the outlet. “Thank you for all of the love, prayers and well wishes.”
Paul and Brittany are also parents to 4-year-old Paulina, and Paul shares three adult sons with his ex-wife Adrienne Maloof. Adrienne, 63, and Paul were married in May 2002, and over the next several years, she gave birth to their sons, Gavin, Colin and Christian. Paul filed for divorce in June 2012 and it was finalized in November that same year.
Despite their divorce, Adrienne and Paul remained amicable toward one another, and he’s previously spoken about their relationship.
“Coparenting with Adrienne is going fine,” Paul told Journalposts in a 2019 interview. “We talk and text weekly. Even as the kids are getting older, we’re still doing things. [We] talk about basketball and school. We have a parent teacher conference coming up this week and we’ll both be there. So, everything’s going fine. We’re getting along very well.”
He went on to add that the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was the “first to congratulate” him on his and Brittany’s nuptials. Brittany and Paul’s first date was at his ex-mother-in-law’s wedding, something he and his Botched costar Dr. Terry Dubrow laughed about during the interview.
“So, Adrienne met [Brittany] on the first date,” Paul laughed. “She was very nice to her. It was kind of a weird plan, but it actually worked out perfect.”
Paul popped the question on June 1, 2019, and the two wed on September 28, 2019, in Santorini, Greece. The plastic surgeon was open about expanding his family with Brittany and he told the outlet they were going to try for children “the natural way.” He admitted he was hoping for a girl, and the reality star got his wish when Brittany gave birth to Paulina a year later.
In July 2024, Paul revealed that he and Brittany were expecting another baby boy to add to their brood via Instagram. The clip showed Paul and Brittany, along with his sons, shooting blue powder into the air.
“SURPRISE! We’re having a… BOY!!!! We can’t wait to meet you & we love you so much already, Baby Nassif!” Paul wrote along the clip.
On September 28, 2024, Paul posted a photo of himself and Brittany sharing a kiss in honor of their fifth wedding anniversary.
“Happy 5th Anniversary, @brittanypattakos! I can’t believe it’s been 5-years already! You mean so much to our family… you’re everything and more! I appreciate all that you do for me and your nurturing nature,” he gushed. “I’m truly so thankful that I found you in this lifetime… you’re my soulmate. Thank you for being the best mom, step-mom, best friend & wife. I love you more than any words could ever come close to describing. Here’s to so many more adventures together with our growing family!”
