Donna Kelce Only Met '1 or 2' of Travis' GFs Before Taylor Swift

Donna Kelce revealed that her son Travis Kelce didn’t bring many girlfriends home before his high-profile relationship with Taylor Swift.

“I knew nothing of anybody that you guys were dating in college. You told me zero. You were too busy. Did you have any time at all to date?” Donna, 72, told Travis, 35, and her eldest son, Jason Kelce, during the Wednesday, May 7, episode of their “New Heights” podcast.

Jason, 37, responded with a laugh, “I had plenty of time. I had absolutely zero game, and I looked like an overweight Oompa Loompa. That’s why I had zero game.”

The retired Philadelphia Eagles center — who married wife Kylie Kelce in 2018 — said he “sucked at talking to women,” and agreed with Donna that he “really didn’t bring a lot of ladies home.”

Meanwhile, Donna said that she “met one or two” of the women Travis dated in the past.

“What? I didn’t have any girlfriends,” Travis jokingly responded.

Despite Travis poking fun at Donna’s claim, the Kelce matriarch has gotten to know Taylor, 35, well since she started dating the professional athlete in the summer of 2023.

Donna and Taylor have attended many of Travis’ Kansas City Chiefs games together, including the 2024 and 2025 Super Bowls. Meanwhile, Donna even traveled to Miami to attend Taylor’s Eras tour in October 2024.

The mother of two hasn’t shared too much information about Travis and Taylor’s romance, though she has hinted about their future together. On April 4, she took to Facebook to share a video of Travis meeting his newest niece, Finn, during a “New Heights” episode.

She captioned the clip, “The sweetest!!!” and many fans rushed to the comments section to react to the adorable moment. One of the comments included a fan writing, “Trav’s going to make a wonderful father, just like Jason!”

Donna then got Taylor and Travis’ fans talking when she seemingly left a “heart” in response to the comment, according to Hello! and the Daily Mail. However, her reported reaction to the comment has since been deleted.

While Travis and Taylor have both supported each other’s careers, they have chosen to maintain a low-profile following the Chiefs’ loss against the Eagles during Super Bowl LIX in February.

“It’s been a dream period that’s only solidified that they’re on the same page about their future,” an insider exclusively told Life & Style in April as the couple enjoys their time out of the spotlight. Taylor and Travis are believed to be in the process of planning the “next steps” in their relationship, which includes “amping up wedding discussions.”

The source explained that their time out of the limelight “has given them a taste of what life will be like when they’re married, not promoting anything, and not on anyone’s radar.”

“They already knew how compatible they were, but this break away from everything has allowed them to grow closer and be even more certain,” the insider said.

A second source explained that there was a specific reason Taylor and Travis are staying out of the spotlight amid their career breaks.

“Taylor’s been in rest-and-relaxation mode since she wrapped her Eras Tour in December,” the insider exclusively shared with Life & Style. “The plan has always been to enjoy the off-season with Travis by packing in a lot of travel.”
