Deported MS-13 Member Freed by Biden’s FBI After Human Trafficking Stop
Confirmed MS-13 street gang member Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, who was deported to El Salvador by the Trump administration, was suspected of being engaged in human trafficking by a Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) officer in 2022 but was ordered to be released under President Joe Biden.
Traffic cops stopped Garcia on December 6, 2022, while he was transporting seven passengers from Texas to Maryland.
During the stop, the officer determined that Garcia was operating the vehicle without a valid driver’s license and also found that he was on a terrorist watch list.
Despite these findings, the patrol could not locate Garcia on a deportation list.
According to sources, it was actually one of his passengers who was on the terrorist watch list.

When the THP contacted the FBI for clarification, they were instructed to take pictures of all eight individuals and document the contents of the vehicle.
However, once the FBI received the pictures, they told the THP to release all eight individuals, and officers complied with the request.
Earlier this week, we reported that Abrego-Garcia was arrested on March 28, 2019, during a meeting with several high-level MS-13 members in Hyattsville, Maryland.
Meanwhile, Democrats are still claiming Abrego-Garcia had no gang affiliation.
A Senate Democrat is planning to travel to El Salvador unless a recently deported alleged MS-13 gang member is returned to the United States.
On Monday, Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) issued a statement regarding a meeting with El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele, who is currently in Washington, D.C., to meet with President Donald Trump.
“Kilmar Abrego Garcia never should have been abducted and illegally deported, and the courts have made clear: the Administration must bring him home, now,” Van Hollen said.
“However, since the Trump Administration appears to be ignoring these court mandates, we need to take additional action.”
He continued:
“That’s why I’ve requested to meet with President Bukele during his trip to the United States, and — if Kilmar is not home by midweek — I plan to travel to El Salvador this week to check on his condition and discuss his release.”
White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller dismissed claims that Garcia was deported by mistake, adding that the withholding order the suspect received six years ago is no longer valid because he is designated MS-13, a foreign terror organization.
