Comer: New Bank Records Confirm “Biden Is Compromised Or Corrupt”
The Republican-led House Oversight Committee released its third batch of the Biden family bank records, which detailed gifts sent by Kazakhstani oligarch Kenes Rakishev and also bringing Russian widow Yelena Baturina back into the fray.
Joe Biden, who was then serving as Vice President of the United States, dined with both Rakishev and Baturina in 2014 and 2015
“During Joe Biden’s vice presidency, Hunter Biden sold him as ‘the brand’ to reap millions from oligarchs in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine,” said the committee’s chairman, Rep. James Comer (R.-Ky.)
“President Biden is compromised or corrupt, and our national security is threatened,” Comer said.
“This is made clear by meals at Café Milano where then-Vice President Joe Biden dined with oligarchs from around the world who had sent money to his son,” the chairman said.
“It appears no real services were provided other than access to the Biden network, including Joe Biden himself—and Hunter Biden seems to have delivered,” Comer said.
Compromised or corrupt? How about both?
The committee’s staff discovered found the Biden family took payments totaling more than $20 million from foreign sources.
The committee also revealed how Baturina paid $3.5 million to a shell company affiliated with Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, and his partner Devon Archer, Rosemont Seneca Thornton.
The $1 million was siphoned off to Archer, while the remaining went to another venture called Rosemont Seneca Bohai.
Both Hunter and Archer used RSB for other incoming foreign money transfers, the committee said
The committee staff also developed a new timeline for Hunter’s work history with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma.
Hunter was hired as legal counsel to Burisma in 2014 and met with Mykola Zlochevsky, Burisma’s owner, and Vadym Pozharsky, Burisma’s corporate secretary.
