Cheryl Burke hit back at the ongoing speculation that she supposedly underwent plastic surgery and has used the weight loss drug Ozempic.

“Let’s just address the elephant in the comment section,” the Dancing With the Stars alum, 41, began in a TikTok video on Sunday, May 18, while removing her makeup.

“I’m not on Ozempic. I’m not sick. I didn’t get a face transplant, and no, I didn’t get a brow lift,” Cheryl stated looking directly into the camera.

“The level of projection that is happening and that I’m witnessing is wild,” she continued.

“The most disappointing part that really gets me, ‘We miss the old Cheryl,’” the Mirrorball champ said about fan comments that hurt the most.

She went on to reference remarks about “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody Cheryl back in 2006, Dancing With the Stars season 2 when I was 21 years old or the three years ago Cheryl when I was going through a divorce.”

“Cause I hate to break it to you, but that Cheryl doesn’t exist anymore,” she declared.

“The assumptions are just exhausting as hell. The accusations are completely cruel, and the fact that so many of them are actually coming from women, that’s what is so shocking and hurtful to be quite honest,” Cheryl explained.

“I have been in the public eye since I was 21 years old, my body has changed over the past 20 years, my face has changed because I’ve changed,” she said. “I’ve experienced so much trauma, divorce, and this is by no means a pity party. Sobriety, burnout, reinvention, I’ve healed, I’ve lost, I’ve grieved like anybody else.”

“And yeah, maybe it shows, but I’m not sorry for it, not one bit,” Cheryl proclaimed.

“This is me at 41. I’m still healing, still growing and still choosing to show up. If you’re here to speculate, compare or demand answers that you’re just not entitled to, you’re not welcome in this space I have created,” she told fans. “But if you’re here to evolve, to unlearn, to support, welcome. We’re just getting started.”

The San Francisco, California, native wrote in the caption, “I’m not on Ozempic. I’m not sick. I didn’t get a ‘new face.’ Stop dissecting women’s bodies like they belong to you. This is YOUR reminder: I don’t owe you an explanation for my healing or for anything quite frankly. Let this be the last time I have to say it.”

Over the years, the choreographer has remained tight-lipped about plastic surgery despite fan speculation. However, she did speak out in 2014, telling TMZ, “I didn’t have plastic surgery, and I don’t have an eating disorder. I’m just actually happy,” when it came to her appearance.

As Life & Style previously reported, Cheryl filed for divorce from Matthew Lawrence in 2022 after nearly three years of marriage. She’s been quite open about the healing process and the years of “therapy” that helped her move forward.

“I think naturally, my brain went to, yeah — what did I do wrong? Did I not sleep with him enough? There’s all these questions that I ask myself. Was I not there emotionally?” Cheryl revealed during a February appearance on Jana Kramer‘s “Whine Down” podcast.

“But ultimately, intellectually, I know, of course, it has nothing to do with me. It has everything to do with that person,” she continued.

Cheryl credited being “in therapy for as long as” she had with helping her work through growing and evolving. “It would have really taken a toll on my own self-esteem, my confidence, just me as a woman in general.”

In August 2024, Cheryl revealed she had been celibate for three years.

She shared during a February 12 appearance on iHeart Radio’s “I Do, Part 2” podcast that she also hadn’t gone on a date in more than a year, saying, “I’m not dating and I’m choosing not to date.”

“I still think guys are hot. That doesn’t mean though, that they deserve me,” she added.
