Charlie Kirk’s Producer Reveals Fact Behind Man Who ‘Tampered’ With Digital camera SD Playing cards After Assassination | JP
After Charlie Kirk’s assassination, a video from the aftermath went viral.
It showed someone rushing to remove an SD card from the cameras that were filming and then handing it off to another man behind the tent.
For reference, here’s that clip:
Minutes after Charlie Kirk’s shooting a man in grey uses Kirk’s chair (evidence tampering) to jump up and remove presumably an SD card from the above head camera (more evidence tampering).
But here is the kicker. He slyly passes it off to another man behind the tent, who then… pic.twitter.com/IQYlIRNnN7

The video had a lot of folks wondering what on earth was going on there…
At first glance, it seems very suspicious.
Why was someone tampering with evidence from a crime scene?
Was it a coverup?
Well, now, we have an answer.
On Friday’s ‘The Charlie Kirk Show’, Kirk’s longtime producer Andrew Kolvet said that the man seen in the video sweeping in and taking the SD cards was a TPUSA staffer.
Kolvet says he told him that he did it in order to prevent the SD cards from being stolen and ending up in the wrong hands.
After that, they were turned over to the FBI.
Kolvet testified as to this man’s character, calling him very loyal and a dear friend to Charlie Kirk.
Watch what he had to say for yourself:
Tucker and I addressed what happened with the SD cards after the assassination. The individual who grabbed them is a longtime staffer, a loyal man, and a dear friend. He made the right call. I’m still stunned he had the presence of mind to ensure no one stole them. pic.twitter.com/L4YY6OFU6G

Turning Point Chief Operations Office Tyler Boyer confirmed in a reply to the video on X that the man who took the SD cards was Charlie’s head of tech:
This is the head of tech for all of Charlie’s show. All video was turned over immediately to investigators.
I wouldn’t be doxxing or villainizing our good people who were closest to Charlie when he was murdered.
It’s not right.

This explanation makes a lot of sense.
Still, many details about Charlie Kirk’s assassination remain very odd.
