BREAKING: President Trump Announces India Has Offered To Cut Tariffs To “Nothing”…But Implies It Might Be Too Late | JP
To anyone who has ever done anything in real estate, you know a few things…
One: Location, Location, Location.
Two: Time kills deals.
Both are so true, but I believe President Trump especially knows and follows the second one.
Why does time kill deals?
Because it shows a significant lack of respect to the other side and a clear indication you really don’t want to work with them.
Like when you take one girl out on a date but you’re constantly looking around to see if any better options cross your way throughout the evening.
It’s scummy behavior and especially when you’re a “10” like we are (USA) if someone doesn’t want to do business with us we will just leave you to your own desires. Fair enough!
That’s what I think President Trump is saying here in this post below.
So while I think it’s good news that India is basically caving, it might be “too little, too late”.

Also, India buys most of its oil and military products from Russia, very little from the U.S. They have now offered to cut their Tariffs to nothing, but it’s getting late. And now here is why this is so important…
The impact tariffs are having is bigger than even Sec. Bessent expected.
He is continually needing to revise his estimates of revenue higher as more and more comes in.
Simply put: the tariffs are not only working, they are revolutionary!
We should have done this decades ago.
Our country has been run by STUPID people. Either that or people who intentionally wanted to implode America from the inside. I think it’s probably mostly the latter.

I’ve been saying $300 billion, but I think it could be much higher.
Every $300 billion is 1% of GDP.
We got left with a mess in terms of the deficit to GDP, the highest ever when we weren’t in a recession, weren’t at war.
So just with the tariff income, we’re gonna be in the fives, which is incredible.
Like that, you know, that’s like running a marathon and starting 5 miles before everybody.
