Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni's Feud 'Not Likely to End Anytime Soon'

Blake Lively’s sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit against Justin Baldoni has taken a new turn. On February 18, she amended her legal complaint, claiming two other cast members also raised concerns about the It Ends With Us leading man and director, 41, amid production. One actress allegedly reported her apprehension over his “unwelcome behavior” to Sony execs, according to the latest court filing, while another purportedly confided straight to Blake, 37, that “she too felt uncomfortable on set.”

Neither woman has been identified as of now. But the documents promise that, during the discovery process of Justin and Blake’s ongoing and increasingly contentious case, “they will testify.”

“Blake will not be intimidated by Justin and his legal team; she stands by her story, 100-percent,” an insider exclusively tells Life & Style, noting Justin has been similarly aggressive with his own $400M suit against Blake and husband Ryan Reynolds, 48. “Every move she makes, Justin seems to make another. His reputation is in tatters and he’s determined to clear his name, so this isn’t likely to end anytime soon.”

HE SAID, SHE SAID

The former costars are set to go to trial next year. In the meantime, lawyers for Justin have slammed Blake’s most recent accusations, insisting there’s a “lack of actual evidence.” Though rumors of a rift had been swirling since at least August 2024, when It Ends With Us premiered, Blake didn’t break her silence on the subject until December 2024, submitting a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department — and then, days later, filing an official lawsuit. She alleged Justin had created a hostile work environment, entering her trailer while she was breastfeeding, attempting to add gratuitous sex scenes and more. Additionally, Blake claimed Justin’s PR team tried to tarnish her reputation after she pushed back.

Not only has Justin denied any wrongdoing, but he’s also leveled his own accusations of bullying, extortion and defamation. To back up his claims — which Blake’s team denies — the actor has leaked alleged texts and emails with her, as well as raw footage from the making of their 2024 movie. “For Blake, the legal battle isn’t about money, it’s the principle of the matter,” says the insider. “But with Justin equally motivated, this fight is seemingly going to loom over them both for a very long time.”
