Actor Barry Keoghan finally revealed whether he wore a prosthetic for his Saltburn dance scene in the buff.

“Enhanced? Who said that? Nah, wow,” the Dublin, Ireland, native, 32, replied during the Monday, November 4, episode of “The Louis Theroux Podcast,” when the host jokingly asked about “speculation was that your willy had been enhanced.”

“It was all me. … it was a thing that I didn’t really bat an eyelid to, you know, I would bat an eyelid if it didn’t fit the story,” Barry added.

The scene came at the end of the November 2023 film, when Barry’s character, Oliver Quick, danced sans clothing around the English estate he just inherited to Sophie Ellis-Bextor‘s 2001 hit, “Murder on the Dance Floor.”

Barry recalled conversations with director Emerald Fennell about how the nude scene came about.

“I remember me and Emerald having chats. It started off with my clothes. She was like, ‘We just need to make it a bit more ownership. He’s kind of got this mansion, it’s his space. When you have that space, we all do at home, we walk around naked because we’re comfy and this is our environment.’ It’s trying to get that across,” he told Louis.

The Banshees of Inisherin star thought that his being in the buff added an artistic quality to the moment. “It’s just beautiful to look at that … but to watch the body of someone run through rooms like that, it’s like a painting almost,” he described.

Barry previously addressed his nude scene but didn’t reveal whether or not he used a prosthetic during a November 2023 interview with Entertainment Weekly.

“It totally felt right,” he said of the memorable moment. “It’s ownership. This is my place. It’s full confidence in, ‘I can do what I want in this manor. I can strip to my barest and waltz around because this is mine,’” he shared. “Yeah… it was fun.”

While he was initially hesitant, the Oscar nominee revealed, “After take one, I was ready to go. I was like, ‘Let’s go again. Let’s go again.’ You kind of forget, because there’s such a comfortable environment created, and it gives you that license to go, ‘All right, this is about the story now.’”

Emerald, 39, revealed that Barry did 11 different takes of the scene.

The Bring Them Down star is the latest actor to proudly reveal they didn’t need any enhancement for a nude scene.

Monsters star Cooper Koch went all natural for his full-frontal shower scene in the Netflix anthology series. He revealed he didn’t wear a prosthetic while playing Erik Menendez during an October 14 appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.

While Andy, 56, did a countdown of his “top five most iconic full-frontal moments,” he came to Mark Wahlberg‘s prosthetic he wore in 1997’s Boogie Nights. Cooper, 28, decided to let the world know he didn’t use one.

“That was going to be my next question! Congratulations to you, Cooper. You’re very blessed, aren’t you?” Andy responded. Cooper smiled and mouthed, “Thank you,” adding out loud, “Well hung,” about his physical good luck.
