A reported short-range Russian ballistic missile hit a civilian area in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, which is in Dnipro Oblast, north of Crimea. Moscow has not commented.
“Twelve people were killed in Kryvyi Rih,” regional governor Sergiy Lysak said on Telegram.
He added later that this included “three children.”
“The number of wounded is constantly increasing. This information will come later. A car and garages are on fire,” he said, reported Kyiv Post.
14 people are reported dead after the ballistic missile hit the restaurant Magellan, reported other sources.
According to local sources, there was nothing military in the restaurant that was located in a residential district.
