Abortion Clinic Launches Massive Legal Assault to Shut Down Pro-Life Pregnancy Center
Truth’s light is frightening to those who traffic in shadowy lies.
That’s exactly why Massachusetts-based abortion facility “Four Women Health” recently launched a massive legal assault against Choose Life Marketing, which provides vital assistance helping our nation’s pregnancy centers reach women in need. Choose Life’s team helps centers coast-to-coast avoid internet censorship by woke tech giants like Google and others, so that they can reach abortion-minded women. If “Four Women” wins, pregnancy center outreach will be crippled nationwide, at an urgent time when abortion rates are climbing.
When women choose life for their babies, the abortion industry’s bottom line takes a hit. Hurling empty claims of “misinformation” and “deception,” pro-abortion forces are desperate to shut down our country’s pregnancy centers.

That’s why we’ve just taken on this critical legal battle, which strikes at the intersection of free speech and the life-saving mission of pregnancy centers.
We’ve just run into court to defend Choose Life and their rights against this baseless legal attack… And this legal battle could have a ripple effect for pro-life ministries across the country.
Representing “Four Women” is former Massachusetts AG Martha Coakley, a radical pro-abortion lawyer who vocally advocated for partial birth abortions, anti-speech zones, secret abortions on minors without parental involvement, and banning pro-life doctors from working in emergency rooms. As AG, Coakley fought hard to silence pro-life advocacy, (including all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court in the landmark 2015 McCullen v. Coakley case). In this case, she’s backed up by a stable of high-paid Ivy League lawyers—they would love nothing more than to cripple our nation’s pregnancy centers.
So now they’re accusing Choose Life of being the mastermind behind Abundant Life’s so-called “deceptive practices.”
What Coakley calls “deception” is simply the truth about the preborn and abortion alternatives. Choose Life’s mission is to help pro-life ministries like Abundant Hope share their message of compassion and free support for women.
And Choose Life uses industry standard marketing practices, using Google ad placement to effectively reach abortion-minded women—no different than the tactics that abortion businesses use to market and sell abortions!
But none of this matters to abortion zealots like Martha Coakley, whose goal—second only to promoting abortion—is silencing pro-life voices. As I told our team, “This case is an assault on pro-life speech dressed up as a business dispute.”
Pregnancy centers offering free, life-affirming services aren’t engaged in “trade or commerce” at all, so business laws like these don’t apply. And Choose Life and the pregnancy centers it serves have a First Amendment right to speak the truth about abortion and to spread their message of hope and life to pregnant women in need.
This fight transcends one pro-life organization—it’s about preserving the freedom to offer real choices in a debate the abortion industry desperately wants to control. With your support, we’ll send a resounding message: pro-life voices will not be silenced!
So, what happens if Coakley and her client “Four Women” are successful? A win in this case for the abortion industry would clear a path to heavy censorship of pro-life ministries—stifling their lifesaving message and depriving women of abortion alternatives, free resources, and life-affirming support. Thousands of pregnancy centers across the country will suffer the consequences.
Please keep our clients and legal team in your prayers as we square up against one of the most radical adversaries in “Four Women’s” abortion-loving legal counsel, and I’ll be sure to keep you in the loop with the latest updates in this case.
