Abortion Center Perforates Woman’s Uterus in Botched Abortion
On October 21, at 1:15 p.m., an employee of Trust Women abortion clinic called to report that a 28-year-old woman was suffering from a possible uterine perforation after a “pretty painful” procedure.
She stated the patient’s vitals were stable, though the 911 service oddly redacted her blood pressure from the audio file and computer-aided dispatch transcript. The employee also stated there were “no complications” and then quickly corrected herself to include, “besides the possible perforation.”
“Countless moms have died as a result of organs being perforated or punctured during abortions,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “This, once again, confirms what we already know – abortion clinic workers show little concern for women suffering from incredibly serious injuries at the hands of callous abortionists who ensure payment is collected in advance.
“The priority, instead, is to downplay and hide the severity of injuries to protect the reputation of the abortion facility. We see this repeatedly from abortion clinics all over the country, and it is unnervingly tragic to witness the evidence while listening to these 911 call recordings.”

This is the second documented botched abortion since the facility reopened in late July. The facility was forced to close for two months following an organizational implosion amid “compliance issues.”
The computer-aided dispatch transcript revealed that advanced life support was recommended for the 28-year-old woman suffering from abdominal pain caused by the “possible perforation.” The perforation was likely in the lining of the uterus – an extremely dangerous injury that can cause deadly blood loss.
The 911 dispatcher did not ask the caller how much blood loss the young woman had experienced, and the abortion staffer certainly did not volunteer that vital information.
“We do not know what kind of condition this young mom was in by the time she arrived at the hospital emergency room. And, though it’s likely, we do not know whether she required an emergency transfusion or surgery to repair one or more an internal organs. But we do know she left a facility that named itself ‘Trust Women’ on a gurney.
“This facility does not deserve the trust of the women it claims to support, and babies do not deserve to die at the hands of the abortionists who kill there.” Newman added, “The butchering stopped for two months when the doors were closed. Though the abortion clinic’s leadership claimed it would be installing safety protocols to keep injuries like these from continuing to happen, clearly nothing has changed. We have already documented two women injured since it reopened less than three months ago.”
