We Must Speak Up for Unborn Babies Who Need Our Voice
Cable news reports seem to be screaming at us that innocent human life is not valued in this world as it should be.
The violence that sprays across our TV screens and iPhones is constant and unrelenting. And often children are the victims.
Sadly, 50 years of abortion for any reason has brought us to this point–a callous disrespect for the lives of the innocent. When I consider the amount of despair in our country, I can feel overwhelmed.

And then I take action. I donate to the local maternity home. I recruit walkers and runners for a pregnancy center fundraiser. And I lift up my voice in solidarity with the voiceless who cannot speak up for themselves.
With every pro-life action we take, we are contributing to the sum total of good in the world. We are the antidote to the death and destruction which are in our midst.
It took a lifetime to get to this point–it will take some time to reverse course. But we can and must work harder than ever to ensure a culture that protects life rather than destroys it.
We dream of a society where every child is welcomed and protected under the law. We are the dream-makers, and we shall triumph in the end.
