Vote Yes on Electing Judges in Kansas and Stand Up to Big Abortion

Next Tuesday, Kansans will decide whether they will join 21 others states in electing their justices to their Supreme Court.

“Kansas started with a popular vote selection process in 1861,” according to the Kansas Information Network. “In 1958 the constitution was changed to give lawyers, who are members of the bar, the majority of the members on a nominating committee which selects 3 candidates from whom the Governor must choose one. Kansas is the only state which has a bar controlled nominating commission and has no options for other candidates to be considered.”

The Abortion Industry, always incredibly well-funded, has taken a keen interest. According to Kansans for Life PAC

The latest campaign finance reports tell the story. We followed the money, and the names at the top likely won’t surprise you: Planned Parenthood, billionaires George Soros and Lynn Rothschild Schusterman, and other major pro-abortion donors.

This “behemoth” also includes—no surprise—the pro-abortion-to-the-max ACLU, which has donated (remember this is as of the latest campaign finance report, not what they will dump in at the end) $1,000,000.

“The group also heavily funds campaigns targeting state ballot initiatives, in an effort to radically expand abortion laws,” the Kansans for Life PAC reported. “This year, ACLU pledged $25.5 million to influence voters ahead of the midterm elections, focusing on nine ‘priority states,’ including Kansas.”

And, oh by the way, the American Civil Liberties Union Foundation of Kansas (the state affiliate), pumped in an additional $850,000.

And on and on it goes. The good guys will spend about 1/3rd of the Abortion Industrial Complex but hope to make up the difference in shoe leather (going door to door).

Next Tuesday is the day!
