HORRIFIC: Violent Repeat Offender ARRESTED for M*rder of U.S. Marine
Another violent career criminal has taken the life of an innocent American patriot.
Earlier this month, U.S. Marine Daniel Montano was fatally stabbed in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Today, Davy Spencer — a repeat offender with a lengthy criminal record — was arrested for the murder.

What an absolutely tragic loss of life.
KTLA reported on the attack:
A man is now behind bars and being charged with a fatal stabbing in North Carolina that left a U.S. Marine from SoCal dead.
The deadly incident occurred on April 5, according to authorities in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Around 2 a.m., the Wilmington Police Department responded to reports of multiple fights in the 1300 block of Corbett Street, which is located in the city’s downtown area.
The investigation revealed that two people were stabbed, including Daniel Montano of San Bernardino.
Montano, 21, died of his injuries on April 6.
He was a lance corporal with the 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Division based at Camp Lejeune, located in Jacksonville, North Carolina – roughly an hour north of Wilmington. He served as an inventory management specialist, enlisting on Oct. 21, 2024, joining his unit on March 25, 2025.
Davy Spencer was previously sentenced as a “habitual felon.”
From Port City Daily:
Spencer has been arrested before in New Hanover County on drug charges and was sentenced as a habitual felon in 2015. His first appearance in court for the fatal stabbing is Monday, April 13.
Spencer’s record includes charges related to drugs and assault.
Here’s a more detailed look at his criminal record:

His criminal record stretches back to 1995 and includes:
👉🏼B&E
👉🏼Larceny
👉🏼Multiple charges of Assault on a Female
👉🏼Drug Trafficking and other drug related offenses
👉🏼Various types of driving violations
👉🏼Resisting arrest and assaulting officersFor decades, Spencer has terrorized New Hanover County. Police officers, magistrates, and judges have known that he was a danger to society.
So why was he walking the streets?
Hard truth? The whole idea of second chances has led to 10th, 11th, and 12th chances. And it’s the reason innocent people in North Carolina are being slaughtered.
What are our elected officials doing about it?
It’s been hard to track exactly how many times this man has been arrested because, as crazy as this is, he has been arrested under multiple aliases.
My current count is at least 40 arrests that we know of.

This lunatic should not have been set loose to walk freely on the streets!
Because of these activist judges’ reckless decisions, a U.S. Marine is dead.
What do you think?
Is it time to start holding judges who free repeat offenders accountable?
