The president boldly labeled environmental activists as “terrorists” while speaking to farmers and ranchers from across the country.

The president welcomed hundreds of farmers, ranchers and executives from across the country for the event at the White House, where he announced his plans to aid farmers and food suppliers. Among his actions are new farm regulations and cost-cutting industry measures as fuel and fertilizer prices skyrocket amid the Iran war.

He made the bold accusation while announcing one of many new regulations, including a “dramatic update” to renewable fuel standards for 2026-2027.

“It’s a big problem what they’ve done to you and the country,” Trump told the crowd from a balcony above. “The environmentalists are terrorists. I call them the environmental terrorists.”

Trump was joined by Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin and Small Business Administration head Kelly Loeffler.
