Marcinkova, who goes by Marcinko, pleaded the fifth 42 times when she was questioned about former President Bill Clinton and other associates of the convicted sex offender and foreign intelligence community construct.

The former model-turned-pilot had allegedly been an accomplice of Jeffrey Epstein

Nadia Marcinkova invoked her right to protect herself from self-incrimination incessantly in a 2010 deposition.

Her deposition was given in a court case brought against the convicted sex offender, court documents unsealed in 2024 revealed.

“Have you witnessed improper sexual activity between Jeffrey Epstein and minors, while he was in the presence of Bill Clinton?” attorneys asked Marcinkova in the deposition.

“Fifth,” she bluntly responded.

Now, Pam Bondi’s Department of Justice is deleting files related to Marcinkova.
