The Caribbean operations of the U.S. military against the Venezuela Maduro regime continue. Yesterday, U.S. forces, led by the U.S. Coast Guard, seized another oil tanker per President Trump’s new oil blockade of the Bolivarian Republic.

Secretary of War Hegseth declared the operations will continue until the theft of American assets is reversed. Hegseth is referring to the Trump administration’s focus on the nationalization of U.S. oil production assets during the installation of the Hugo Chavez communist regime which is succeeded by Maduro.

Pete Hegseth — President Trump has been clear: the blockade of sanctioned oil tankers departing from, or bound for, Venezuela will remain in full force until Maduro’s criminal enterprise returns every stolen American asset.

On Tuesday, Trump ordered a “total and complete blockade” of all sanctioned oil tankers going into and out of Venezuela. He further boasted of the country having been “completely surrounded” with the “largest Armada ever assembled in the History of South America,” writes ZH.

He then warned, “It [the blockade] will only get bigger, and the shock to them will be like nothing they have ever seen before — Until such time as they return to the United States of America all of the Oil, Land, and other Assets that they previously stole from us.”

There are multiple vectors included in current American policy in the Caribbean.

The first is removal of the criminal regime in Caracas that has targeted the United States with CCP-supported unrestricted warfare. This communist campaign includes stealing elections in the U.S. and Western nations, human trafficking, drug trafficking, and gang warfare among other tactics.

The Trump administration is also hyper focused on national resources and Venezuela is rich with hydrocarbon deposits.

A secondary effect of regime change in Venezuela is roving the Castro regime from Cuba, another long-simmering objective of the U.S. national security bloc.

The western hemisphere is likely moving to armed conflict of some type in the Caribbean in the new year.

The first seizure occurred earlier this month, involving the VLCC Skipper, and sent shockwaves through the Caribbean region. At the time, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Skipper was en route to a U.S. port and that the United States intended to seize the oil.

However, with the second tanker now seized and its name yet to be released, Skipper had faded from the news cycle until now.
